National Raffle 64 Terms and Conditions
Purchasing tickets/entering the raffle
Permit Numbers ACT R 22/00234 (ACT), GOCAU/2483 (NSW) and 10568/22 (VIC). 1,000,000 tickets available for sale Australia-wide, including 44,000 tickets available in ACT, from 20/12/2022 - 28/02/2023 . Tickets in this raffle will only be advertised and marketed for sale to residents of QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC. Residents of WA, TAS, SA and NT are not permitted to enter the raffle.
Individual tickets are $5.00 each. Ticket bundle pricing is also available: 10 tickets for $30; 20 tickets for $50; 50 tickets for $100; 50 or more tickets are $2.00 each. There is no limit on the number of tickets a participant can purchase.
Proceeds of this raffle are in aid of Australian Red Cross Society ABN 50 169 561 394 ("Red Cross") after deduction of raffle expenses (administration costs).
Members of Red Cross’ executive management are not able to purchase tickets in this raffle nor are Red Cross staff directly involved in the management of the raffle program.
There is no age limit or associated restrictions on who may purchase tickets in this raffle.
Prizes
The Early Bird Draw is open to participants who purchase tickets by 11:59pm on 7/02/2023. If you meet these requirements, you'll go in the draw to win $500 cash OR a $500 Coles Group & Myer gift card.
The Early Bird Draw does not disqualify the Early Bird Draw winner from the Major/First Prize Draw taking place on 28/02/2023.
National Raffle #64 closes at 11:00am AEDT on 28/02/2023. The draw will be conducted by Royal Life Saving Society WA (RLSSWA) on 28/02/2023 at 4:30pm AEDT at 12 McGillivray Road, MOUNT CLAREMONT WA 6010 on behalf of Red Cross; a representative of Red Cross will attend the draw virtually to witness. Winners will be notified promptly via telephone and/or email and the results published at redcrossau.auraffles.com.au/results on 28/02/2023.
Total prize pool $30,500 (Major/First Prize $15,000 Cash, Monthly Raffle Supporters Prize $6,000 Cash x 2 drawn on 31/01/2023 and 28/02/2023, Regular Raffle Supporter Prize $2,500 Cash, Credit Card Bonus Prize $500 Cash, Early Bird Prize $500 Cash). Major/first prize to be delivered to the winner within 3 months after the draw date.

If a prize winner does not claim their prize within 6 months of the draw date a redraw of that prize will take place on 28/08/2023 at 4pm AEST at Royal Life Saving Society WA (RLSSWA), 12 McGillivray Road, MOUNT CLAREMONT WA 6010on behalf of Red Cross; a representative of Red Cross will attend the redraw virtually to witness.
Cash prize options are not available in Victoria. Any winners from Victoria will be issued with gold bullion (major/first prize & monthly raffle supporters prizes) or a Coles Group & Myer gift card for the equivalent prize amount.
Participants may win more than one (1) prize if they have purchased at least one (1) ticket; each ticket represents an opportunity to win a prize until all prizes have been won through the draw process.
Third party agreement & administration costs
Red Cross is assisted to run its raffles by Royal Life Saving Society Western Australia (RLSSWA), ABN 28 083 676 266; PO Box 28, Floreat Forum WA 6014; Ph: 08 9383 8200; email: info@royallifesavingwa.com.au; website: royallifesavingwa.com.au
For each telephone call made on behalf of Red Cross, RLSSWA receives a sum of approximately $2.50. After paying RLSSWA it is estimated that Red Cross receives a minimum of 50% of the raffle funds raised.
Out of these funds Red Cross pays other administration costs associated with conducting its raffles including printing, postage, and prizes.
Members of RLSSWA’s executive and marketing services teams and RLSSWA staff selling tickets for this raffle on behalf Red Cross are not able to purchase tickets in this raffle.
Cancellations or refunds
If you purchase a raffle ticket and change your mind before the draw date, Red Cross may (in its discretion) provide a refund for the ticket.
If the raffle sells out or if payment is received after the closing time, your payment will be automatically entered into the next raffle, unless you request otherwise; you will receive new ticket numbers once that raffle starts, and your payment is processed.
To request a change or cancellation please call 1300 009 384. There will be no refund or exchange on any raffle tickets purchased in a raffle in any other circumstances than the ones described above.

Australian Red Cross may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time during the campaign period. Upon amending Terms and Conditions, we will re-post them on redcrossau.auraffles.com.au/terms-and-conditions Participants will be bound by the amended Terms and Conditions from that time. Any changes to the Promotion and/or Terms and Conditions (including prize variations, cancellation or suspension of your promotion), may be subject to the approval of all relevant State and Territory Lottery Departments.
