This Schedule together with the Terms and Conditions constitute the terms of entry for this Promotion. Please read the Terms and Conditions attached to this Schedule.
1. The Promotion is Scratch & Win* Summer in San Churro (QLD Only) Competition

6. Entry restrictions:
* Entrants must be aged 13 years or over. Permission from a parent or guardian is required prior to entering the promotion if the entrant is under 18 years of age.
* Entrants must be an individual and not a company or organisation.
* Each entry must be entered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By entering the promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. San Churro may in its absolute discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
* Any entry received after the promotional period(s) will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
* By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition and if you cannot, you may be disqualified from the competition.
5. Entry into the Promotion commences at 10:00am 3rd January 2023
6. Entry into the Promotion closes at 11:59pm 3rd February 2023 or when all prizes have been claimed
7. Entry Method:
* Go to San Churro’s Hub and
* Click on the Promotional link (Scratch & WIN* Game);
* Complete all of the required data entry fields on the entry form (the Entry);
8. Entry to the Promotion is limited to one (1) entry per entrant, over the entire Promotional Period.
9. The competition is advertised via:
* Email marketing from San Churro (Venga Pty Ltd);
* San Churro’s Facebook page;
* San Churro’s Instagram page
10. Entry is via the Website. The Website means the website located at {https://lachurrocasa.sanchurro.com/}
11. Scratch & Win:
* Entrants will be required to scratch the digital screen to reveal their outcome.
* Winners will be shown immediately if they have won by a message on the Scratch and Win page by having the prize icon appear on the page [SH3]
* Winners will be emailed a message with a link to their unique coupon which they can redeem at their chosen San Churro store in Queensland. Valid San Churro stores include San Churro Garden City, San Churro Toowong, San Churro Sunshine Plaza, San Churro Surfers Paradise, San Churro Chermside, San Churro South Bank, San Churro Northlakes and San Churro Orion Springfield (excludes San Churro Harbour Town)
* There are 538 total coupons available within the Scratch & Win game. The coupons are valid in-store for redemption at front counter only
* The coupon expires on 7th March 11:55PM AEST
* If any winner chooses not to take their prize, or is unable to, or does not take or claim a prize by the time specified by the Promoter, or is unavailable, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.
12. The Promotion is a game of chance. All valid entries will be entered into the applicable random computerised draw, which will take place via the ‘Scratch and Win’ functionality on the Website.
13. The winners will be the 538 entrants who are randomly drawn in accordance with this Schedule and Terms and Conditions.
14. The Prize consists of the following:
(i) 200 coupons for Churros For One
(ii) 200 coupons for Churros For Two
(iii) 10 coupons for Churros Grazing Box
(iv) 38 coupons for Choc-Hazelnut Banana Croffle

15. Each individual prize value is as follows:
