can take match ticket prizes in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane or Perth on the date/s specified (anytime between 20/07/2023 and 20/08/2023) to coincide with the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023™, as per the official FIFA schedule.
If you are under 18, you must get approval from your parent/guardian before you enter and if you will be under 18 on the date the match ticket prizes are awarded, it will be awarded to your parent or guardian. By approving your participation or by accepting any prize on your behalf, your parent or guardian accepts these terms and conditions.
Who can't enter?
Directors, officers, management, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of:
the Promoter; and
the agencies, companies or participating businesses associated with this competition.
Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

The competition will run in Australia as follows:

Entry instructions
To enter, you must, during the Competition Period:
make a Qualifying Purchase from either:
a Store and collect your itemised purchase receipt, drink the product and locate the unique code on the inside of the Qualifying Purchase (Specially Marked Pack);
or
a liquor licensed venue or restaurant to receive a scratch card (subject to stocks remaining) and scratch the panel to reveal a unique code;
or
a cinema (subject to stocks remaining) and peel back the panel on the promotional cup to reveal a unique code,
then visit the Website entry page and fill out and submit the online entry form, including:
providing the unique code from either the Specially Marked Pack, scratch card, or peel and reveal panel (as applicable);
providing details of where you made your purchase;
selecting which AU city location you would like to win match tickets to; and
providing all other requested information to then see on screen if you have won a merchandise prize instantly or have provisionally won an instant win ticket prize (in your referred city as selected in your entry form) and to receive 1 entry into the major prize draw.
For clarity, if you select Melbourne as the city location you would like to win match tickets to, you will be entered into the Melbourne match tickets instant win prize pool and will not have a chance to win tickets for any other city location with that same entry. You may enter again (and select another city location) with another separate Qualifying Purchase.
Please note, depending on city location you select, the number of available instant win match ticket prizes may vary as set out in the 'What can I win' section below.
Limit of 5 entries per person per day.
If you have won or provisionally won an instant win prize, you will be requested (on screen) to provide your mailing address (for the merchandise prize to be sent to you), or you will receive an email with details on how to verify and/or claim your instant win match ticket prize (and will be asked to either accept or decline the match ticket prize).
If your Qualifying Purchase is from a Coles or Coles Express store (as submitted in your entry form), you will also be entered into the Coles Exclusive draw and have the chance to win the Coles Exclusive prize.
If your Qualifying Purchase is from a Woolworths Supermarket in Australia, Woolworths Metro in Australia or via Woolworths Online at
www.woolworths.com.au (a Woolworths store) (as submitted in your entry form), you will also be entered into the Woolworths Exclusive prize draw and have the chance to win the Woolworths Exclusive prize. For clarity, purchases made from Ampol Woolworths MetroGo, Metro 60, Everyday Market by Woolworths or a Caltex Woolworths/EG Australia store will not qualify for entry into the Woolworths Exclusive prize draw.
The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry.
There will be a total of:

How are instant win prize/s awarded?
All instant win prizes will be determined using a computerised random system at The Coca-Cola Company, 1 Coca Cola Pl SE, Atlanta, GA 30313, United States of America (The Coca-Cola Company).
There are up to 9,170 instant prizes to be awarded (9,000 merchandise prizes, and 170 match ticket prizes (with each prize being a pair of tickets), being 50 for Sydney location, 30 for Melbourne location, 40 for Brisbane location, 25 for Perth location and 25 for Adelaide location). All instant win prizes will be awarded via pre-determined times set each day throughout the Competition Period, where the first valid entry received on or after a pre-determined time will win an instant win prize. The first valid entry received on or after a pre-determined time will be a winner of an instant win prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, the 9,000 merchandise prizes will be awarded regardless of location selected.

In total, there will be 13 winners determined via a draw in respect of this competition; 3 major prize winners, 5 Coles Exclusive prize winners and 5 Woolworths Exclusive prize winners.
There will be 3 draws conducted; 1 major prize draw, 1 Coles Exclusive prize draw and 1 Woolworths Exclusive prize draw.

For all instant win match ticket prizes, you and your companion must make your own way to and from the relevant stadium location at your own cost. Match tickets will be provided electronically to winners. To access your match tickets, you will be required to download the official FIFA mobile ticketing app (as instructed by the Promoter) and provide the personal information requested by, or on behalf of, FIFA in accordance with its and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
Delivery/availability of instant win prizes may be delayed due to Covid-19 related issues/restrictions (for example, but not limited to, manufacturing/supply chain/shipping delays, government restrictions/orders and national/state/overseas border closures). If delivery/availability is delayed due to Covid-19 related issues, the Promoter will keep the winner informed and updated as to when they can expect to receive the instant win prize.

If you are a drawn winner of a major prize and/or a Coles Exclusive prize and/or a Woolworths Exclusive prize, you will be contacted by the Promoter and asked to decide which 1 drawn prize you wish to win (and forfeit any other drawn prize you may have won).
For match tickets to be issued by FIFA, you may be required to provide to the Promoter in the timeframe specified all requested personal details (including but not limited to identification documents such as a current driver's licence and/or current passport). If such documentation/information is requested and is insufficient or not provided to the Promoter in the timeframe specified, your entry may be deemed invalid and you will not be entitled to the prize.
All match tickets have a fixed date and seat allocation and cannot be changed/exchanged.
All match tickets will be provided electronically to winners. To access your match tickets, you will be required to download the official FIFA mobile ticketing app (as instructed by the Promoter).
Travel prizes
Any companions travelling under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Major prize
If you win a major prize, your prize will also include:
return economy airfares (including airfare taxes) for you and your companion from your nearest Australian capital city to Sydney and return private transfers between Sydney airport and the hotel (flights and transfers are not included if you live in New South Wales, and if so, you and your companion must make your own way to and from the designated hotel at your own cost and no cash or alternative prize will be provided in lieu of the flights);
3 nights (twin share) accommodation at the Novotel, Sydney Olympic Park (or similar),
daily breakfast for you and your companion; and
$1,000 VISA gift card for the winner only. VISA gift card is subject to terms and conditions, including validity period, as specified by the card issuer.
Coles Exclusive prize and Woolworths Exclusive prize
If you win a Coles Exclusive prize or a Woolworths Exclusive prize, your prize will also include for you and your 3 companions:
return economy airfares (including airfare taxes) from your nearest Australian capital city to the match destination city, including return private transfers between the destination city airport and the hotel (flights and transfers are not included if you live in the same state/city of the match location, and if so, you and your companion must make your own way to and from the designated hotel at your own cost and no cash or alternative prize will be provided in lieu of the flights); and
3 nights (twin share) accommodation in a minimum 4 star hotel (as determined by the Promoter) in the destination city and daily breakfast for you and your 3 companions.
All travel prizes are subject to any applicable laws or guidelines including in relation to a pandemic, any travel/government restrictions/directives, border closures, health advice and the like. In such circumstances, prizes may be delayed/suspended/changed as required or appropriate.
Total prize pool
The total instant win prize pool is valued at up to $416,110.
The total major prize pool is valued at up to $15,795.
The total Coles Exclusive prize pool is valued at up to $47,045.
The total Woolworths Exclusive prize pool is valued at up to $48,245.
The overall total prize pool (including the Coles Exclusive and Woolworths Exclusive prizes) is valued at up to $527,195.
How many times can I enter?
You can submit up to 5 entries per day, provided you only enter once per Qualifying Purchase and per unique code. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
How and when will the winner/s be informed?
For all instant win prizes, you will be notified instantly on screen at the time of entering if you have won (or provisionally won) a prize. If you have won an instant win merchandise prize you will be requested (on screen) to provide your mailing address for the merchandise prize to be sent to you. If you have won an instant win match ticket you will be sent an email with details on how to verify your entry and will ask you to either accept or decline the prize (which you must do so by the prize claim date).
Winners of the major prizes, Coles Exclusive and Woolworths Exclusive prizes will be contacted by phone and in writing within 7 business days of the draw.
Winners of prizes valued over $250 will have their name and state/territory of residence published on the Website on 28/03/2023 for a period of 28 days.
Proof of purchase
For proof of purchase for all entries, you must keep the following (as applicable to your purchase):
purchase receipt from Specially Marked Packs;
scratch card/s; and
peel and reveal panel/s from promotional cups.
If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked, the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize.
If, in the Promoter's reasonable opinion, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize.
Unclaimed prize/s
Any unwon instant win merchandise prizes will be forfeited.
Prize claim date for instant win match tickets and drawn prizes: 5pm (AEST) on 21/04/2023.
Unclaimed prize draws: 12pm (AEST) on 26/04/2023 at Gadens.
If any match ticket instant win prize or drawn major prize has been unwon or has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will carry out an unclaimed prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the relevant prize/s in descending order of value amongst valid entrants who (if possible) have not already won a drawn prize in this competition.

Any winner/s in an unclaimed prize draw will be informed by phone and in writing within two business days of determination, and for prizes valued over $250 their name and state/territory of residence will also be published on the Website on 01/05/2023 for a period of 28 days.
If any prize remains un-won at the end of this competition, or if a prize winner cannot be found, that information will be published on the Website on 30/05/2023.
Collection and use of your personal information
If you are a winner, you and (if applicable) your companion/s must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation. You and your companion/s consent to the Promoter using your names and images in any promotional or advertising activity.
The Promoter may collect you and your companion/s' personal information directly or through the Promoter's agents or contractors including for and behalf of FIFA, as required. The Promoter will use your and your companion/s' personal information to conduct and manage the competition. The Promoter may disclose your and your companions' personal information to the Promoter's related companies, agents, contractors and FIFA to assist in conducting this competition, communicating with you and your companion/s or storing data and providing the relevant prizes. This may include disclosures to organisations outside Australia including in places such as New Zealand and Singapore.
If you have marked the “opt-in” box on the entry form, you consent to the Promoter keeping your personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic messaging provided that where required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Promoter includes a functional unsubscribe facility in each direct marketing communication it sends you that you may use to opt-out of any further such communications and provided that the functional unsubscribe facility complies with the Spam Regulations 2021 (Cth). By entering, you consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to the conduct of this competition.
