Where will the competition run?
The competition will run in participating Woolworths Supermarket stores, Woolworths Online at
www.woolworths.com.au and Woolworths Metro stores that sell participating products (Stores) in Australia.
For the avoidance of doubt, BIG W, Ampol Woolworths MetroGo stores, Ampol Woolworths Metro and Woolworths Metro60 stores are excluded from the competition.

Entry instructions
You must, during the Competition Period:
make a Qualifying Purchase from a Store and collect/keep your itemised purchase receipt; and
visit the Website, locate the entry page and fill out and submit the online entry form, including by uploading an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt, and providing all other requested information to see if you have provisionally won an instant win prize, and to receive 1 entry into the major prize draw.
Your purchase receipt must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the product/s purchased (which must include a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period before you submitted your entry).
The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry, including having the requisite photograph capability.
How are instant win prize/s awarded? There are 200 instant win prizes to be awarded based on pre-determined times during the Competition Period selected by random computerised drawing system at Pilgrim Communications, Suite 51A / 23 Norton Street, Leichhardt NSW 2040 (Pilgrim).
How many winners will there be and how will they be chosen?
There will be 201 winners determined in respect of this competition – 200 instant prize winners and 1 major prize winner.
There will be 1 major draw conducted.
The major draw will be held at 12pm (AEDT) on 23/02/2023 at Pilgrim.
The first valid entry drawn randomly from the entries received during the Competition Period (including any instant winning entries) will win the major prize.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants).
What can I win?

Instant prizes
Each instant win prize is a $100 Woolworths Supermarket eGift Card, which upon validation will be delivered to the winner's email address as specified on their entry form.

The major prize is a 2 week camper van road trip experience for 4 people to visit some of the biggest and best 'Big Things' across Australia and includes:
2 week hire of a camper van (as selected by the Promoter and subject to availability) valued at up to $8,000;
a $1,000 BIG 4 holiday voucher; and
a $1,000 Fuel Card.
The major prize is valued at up to $10,000 depending on the winner's point of departure, selected travel dates and duration of the trip. Redemption of the fuel card is subject to the terms and conditions as imposed by the card supplier.

Delivery/availability of the major prize may be delayed due to Covid-19 related issues/restrictions (for example, but not limited to, manufacturing delays, government restrictions/orders and national/state/overseas border closures). If delivery/availability is delayed due to Covid-19, the Promoter will keep the winner informed and updated as to when they can expect to receive the major prize.
Major prize
If you win the major prize, your prize will be a 2 week road trip experience in a camper van for 4 people (maximum of 2 children under the age of 9).
You will be required to collect and return the camper van from the camper van provider office location/s as specified by the Promoter. You must make your own way to and from the collection point and from drop off point to your home, at your own cost. The Promoter will not be liable for such costs. The camper van provider has offices in all key metro areas across Australia. The camper van must be returned to the drop off location as specified by the camper van provider and/or Promoter no later than 2 weeks after the original collection date. Any late returns will be subject to additional costs payable by you (as specified by the camper van dealer and/or Promoter) - such costs will not be covered by the Promoter.
The camper van hire is subject to any conditions of the camper van hire provider. If you are the winner, you (or your adult companion) must be aged 21 years or over and must have a current Australian driver's licence (and that has been current for at least 2 years prior to hiring the van). If you (or your companion) is not 21 years or over and/or do not have a current Australian driver's licence as stated above, the original major prize (and all elements of the major prize) will be forfeited and the Promoter will instead provide to the winner a travel voucher for the value of $10,000. The travel voucher will be subject to terms and conditions of use as specified by the supplier.
The major prize is subject to any applicable law or guidelines including in relation to a pandemic, any travel/government restrictions/directives, border closures, health advice and the like.

How many times can I enter? There is a limit of 6 entries per household, and you can only enter once per Qualifying Purchase and per receipt. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
How and when will the winner/s be informed?
You will get a return online message acknowledging your entry and informing you if you have provisionally won an instant win prize and if so, details on how to verify your entry and claim your prize.
The major prize winner will be notified by email and by phone within two business days of the major draw and will also have their name and state/territory of residence published on the Website on 02/03/2023 for a period of 28 days.
Proof of purchase
You must keep the following as proof of purchase for all entries:
original itemised purchase receipt(s).
If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize.
Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry.
If, in the Promoter's opinion, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize.
Unclaimed and unwon prize/s
Prize claim date: 5pm (AEDT) 31/03/2023.
Unclaimed & unwon prize determination: 12pm (AEDT) on 03/04/2023 at Gadens.
If an instant win prize is un-won during the Competition Period or if any prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will re-award the relevant prize/s to Reserve Entrant/s and/or carry out an unclaimed and un-won prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the prize/s in descending order of value (if relevant) amongst valid entrants who (if possible) have not already won an unclaimed or un-won prize. Any winner/s will be informed by email and within two business days of determination and in the event of a major prize winner in this draw their name and state/territory of residence will be published on the Website on 05/04/2023 for a period of 28 days.
If any prize remains un-won at the end of this competition, or if a prize winner cannot be found, that information will be published on the Website on 04/05/2023.
Collection and use of your personal information
If you are the major prize winner, you must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation. You consent to the Promoter using your name and image in any promotional or advertising activity.
The Promoter may collect your personal information directly or through its agents or contractors. The Promoter will use your personal information to conduct and manage the competition. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to its related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this competition, communicating with you or storing data. This may include disclosures to organisations outside Australia including in places such as New Zealand, Switzerland, Singapore, United Kingdom and the United States of America.
In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (see au.mondelezinternational.com/privacy-policy), if an entrant elects to opt in to receive marketing materials from the Promoter by ticking the relevant box on the online entry form, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant.
