1. WIN 1 of 3 Fat MURF Electric Bikes Members Promotion commences Tuesday 1 November 2022 at 9.00am (or
when participating bar opens) and concludes on Tuesday 28 February 2023 at midnight(or when participating bar
closes)
Entry Requirements
2. Entry is open to all financial members of the club
3. Entry is by purchasing any Coke product from Firestone Kitchen & Bar.
4. Entry tickets will be automatically printed from the point-of-sale system.
5. A financial membership card must be swiped during point of sale transaction to activate promotion.
6. Entry tickets to be placed in the promotional barrel.
Draw & Prize
7. Three (3) unique winners will be drawn on Wednesday 1 March 2023 at 10.00am. The winner does not need to
present to claim prize. The winner will be contacted via phone and or email.
The three (3) prizes are a Fat Murf Electric Bike in Black, each valued at $3,599 RRP. Prize is not
redeemable for cash .The original fat tyre electric beach cruiser. The Fat Murf features a 52 volt battery that
provides high torque and high capacity, which means you can ride your e-bike up to 80kms, over all sorts of terrain,
and barely break a sweat. The 4-inch fat tyres absorb bumps and act as a mild suspension system. Hydraulic disk
brakes bring you safely to a stop. The handlebar mounted control screen offers you five different levels of pedal assist
so that you can dial in the perfect amount of power. And if you feel like taking it easy just use the thumb throttle and
ride this e-bike like a moped (off-road only).
8. Should any of the winners be uncontactable or not make contact and collect their prize within 48 hours of being
drawn and contacted, another unique winner will be drawn. Prize is not redeemable for cash. Promoter is Revesby

9. As with all promotions, members must use their own cards. Cards cannot be used by proxy.
10. No cash prizes can be awarded after 10pm.
11. The total prize pool for the ‘WIN 1 of 3 Fat MURF Electric Bikes’promotion is $10,797.00.
12. Prize winners are advised that Tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek
independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
13. Revesby Workers’ Club ABN 34 000 348 121 is the promoter. The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a
winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a
winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize.
14. Revesby Workers’ Club reserves the right to cancel or change the prizes offered under this promotion if there are
any changes to the law which would render the promotion or any prizes offered under the promotion unlawful.
15. Decisions of the management of Revesby Workers’ Club are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
16. To the extent that a situation or issue arises for which these terms and conditions, make no provision or in relation
to which the relevant terms and conditions are unclear, Revesby Workers’ Club reserves the right to make a

decision regarding such a situation or issue in its sole and absolute discretion and such a decision will be final and

17. Revesby Workers’ Club Group Employees, their immediate families and Directors, are not eligible to enter the
promotion.
18. Participation in the Promotion by a patron confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Promotion and
the Club’s Rules and By-Laws in force from time to time.
19. Should a prize winner consent to having his/her photograph taken, that selected prize winner consents to having
his/her name and photograph published in any form of media and agrees to participate in any reasonable
promotion requested by Revesby Workers’ Club.
20. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus,
bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the
promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this
promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the
entry process.
21. All entries become the property of the Promoter and will be entered into a database. The promoter may use the
entrants' names, addresses and telephone numbers for the distribution of prizes as well as future promotional,
marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless
otherwise advised by the entrant.
22. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated
by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner.
23. The laws of the state of New South Wales govern the promotion. The Promotion is authorised under NSW Permit
TP/00456.
