For the purpose of this competition, an item is considered as a collective if there are multiple of the same thing. For example, if there is 6 of the same ‘TifTuf’ item, it will only count as one (1) item. If the items are different colours however, they will count as seperate items.
Repeated views of the same ‘TifTuf’ items do not count as additional views.
* One (1) winner will be selected at random from correct entries.
*Only one (1) entry per person allowed.
Winner Announcement date: Friday 17th February at 3pm. Entries close at Midnight on February 16th.
The one (1) prize winner will be announced via the Lawn Solutions Australia Social Pages and on the Lawn Solutions Australia website.
Prize Details:

Prize delivery must be arranged for the winner within 12 months of the competition end date on an agreed date that is suitable for both the local Lawn Solutions Australia Member and the Prize Winner.
The prize does not include ground preparation or installation of the turf. Any additional services required will be at the cost of the prize winner.
The prize is not transferable to another individual or to another item of equivalent value.
Lawn Solutions Australia reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any point in time if required.
It’s TifTuf’ TVC Promotion – Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion (LSA Members) are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
Lawn Solutions Australia determines the winning answer and the selection of the winning answer is final and will not enter into any further discussion.
Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Only one (1) entry permitted per person.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
The judging will take place at the Promoter’s office, 270 Princes Highway, Jaspers Brush NSW 2535 on the dates outlined above. The judges may select additional reserve entries, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant.
The winner will be notified in writing and their name will be published online on the Lawn Solutions Australia Social Pages and on the Lawn Solutions Australia website.
This is a game of skill, with the pool of entrants who guess successfully being reduced to (1) one individual winner through a final random ballot draw.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The best valid entry, as determined by the judges, will win the prize as outlined above.
If for any reason the winner does not take/redeem the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to equal value and/or specification.
Total prize pool value is $2,500. Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
All entrants consent to being added to the Lawn Solutions Australia email distribution list for email marketing purposes and can unsubscribe from these emails at any time upon completion of the competition.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
