1. The ‘Promoter’ is:
Three Mills Bakery P/L (ABN 55611250296) of registered office address: 75 Newcastle St, Fyshwick ACT 2902.
The ‘Entrant’ is:
An eligible entrant to the competition.
2. Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. To enter the competition an entrant must visit the competition page at
www.threemillsbakery.com.au/win-free-croissants, complete the entry form in full and submit. By submitting the entry form, entrants consent to subscribe to the Three Mills Bakery mailing list.
4. Closing date for entry will be 11.59pm (AEDT) Friday 5th February 2023. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
6. The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows:
Entrants can enter the competition multiple times. Each submission of the entry form equates to one entry in the draw.
The winner will receive one box of bake at home croissants per week for one year, (52 boxes) total prize valued at $780 + delivery to the winner’s nominated address periodically. The promoter reserves the right to determine the method and frequency of delivery.
