Major Promotion – SUMMER OF SCREENS
Terms and Conditions of Entry
Information on how to enter and the prize list forms part of these Conditions of Entry.
The promotion ‘SUMMER OF SCREENS’ will be known as the Major Promotion.
Entry into the Major Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
Only financial members of Redlands Sporting Club are eligible to participate or win in this promotion.
Employees of Redlands Sporting Club are not eligible to participate or win in this promotion.
Entrants must be over eighteen (18) years of age.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
The Major Promotion operates from 9:30am on Monday 19 December 2022 until approximately 5:30pm on Sunday 26th February 2023.
Winners will be notified in person and must be present for the draws.
Members of Redlands Sporting Club who play the gaming machines with their membership card inserted will receive one (1) entry to enter the Major Promotion with every $20 of turnover.
Members of Redlands Sporting Club will receive one entry for every $2 they spend in the bar, restaurant & cafe.
Entries will automatically be generated by ‘Max E-draw’. A member can check the number of entries they have in the draw by swiping their card on the swipe kiosk or on a vector unit on a gaming machine. Members must validate their entry tickets on the draw days each hour of the promotion by swiping their membership card on the kiosk or playing the gaming machines with their card inserted or making a purchase in the club.
There will be 9 draw days during this promotion. The draw days will be conducted on 1st, 8th, 15th 22nd & 29th of January & 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th of February.
At each Sundays draw, four (4) members will be drawn.
1 entrant for that week’s prize draw will be drawn at 1:30pm, 2:30pm, 3.30pm & 4.30pm.
The member drawn must be present at the prize draw location within 3 minutes to claim their spot in the prize draw. Verification of their membership card is required, and if the winner is not present within 3 minutes a redraw of that prize will occur.
The Prize draw will commence at 4:45pm, which will determine the prize that the member will win, and they must be present to claim.
A member can only claim 1 prize per draw day.
There will be 3 x $100 cash prizes and 1 x 85’ Hisense TV won each Sunday
The $100 cash prizes will be given out at the time of winning.
The Prize draw will be for the 4 members drawn out in the previous draws.
For the prize draw, each entrant will get to choose from 1 of 4 pictures of a TV laid out on the table with the prize they win written on the reverse side. In the order of the members being drawn out through the day, the member will choose their picture to flip over, revealing their prize.
Members can only win 1 TV during the promotion; if their name is called out in other draw dates after they have won a TV, they will automatically win the $100 consolation prize.
It is the responsibility of the winner of the TV to register for the 3 year warranty through Hisense, with purchase information given to the winner at the time of winning for the warranty.
Redlands Sporting Club does not take any responsibility for the product once it has been delivered.
Each winner is responsible for paying any and all taxes on any prize won and must authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize to the extent required by law.
Redlands Sporting Club is not liable for any loss, damage or injury by any person in connection with the Major Promotion.
The decisions of the management of Redlands Sporting Club are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
If a member is found to be abusing this promotion a decision will be made by management to refuse entries
If a member passes away their promotion entries cannot be transferred to another member.
Promotional materials are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or mis-directed entries.
By entering into the Major Promotion, winners agree to have their photo taken for promotional purposes.
