Get ready to pull those forgotten pieces out of the back of your closet, we've got a free Sip & Swap Soiree coming this February! We're serving up cold pressed juices, Nodo treats and a fashion workshop with Westfield Personal Stylist Sara Hatten-Masterson to convert those pre-loved pieces into wardrobe staples.

All guests go into the draw to WIN a Personal Styling Session with Sara, valued at $200.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The following are ineligible: (i) employees of the Promoter, the Scentre Group or any of the tenants or retailers in Westfield Carindale Shopping Centre (“Participating Centre”) or any of the Promoter’s agencies that are associated with the Promotion; (ii) the spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of an excluded employee; and (iii) any person who the Promoter has previously notified is not permitted to enter the Promoter’s promotions.

This Promotion commences at 6:00pm on Thursday 16th February 2023 and ends at 12:00pm on Saturday 18th February 2023 (“Promotion Period”).

HOW TO ENTER:

To participate in this event, eligible individuals must, during the Promotion Period, undertake the following steps:
a. RegisterforacomplimentarytickettooneoftheSip&SwapSoirees, completing the requested personal information including their full name, valid email address, mobile telephone number and submit the fully completed entry requirements via Humanitix.
b. Attend the Sip & Swap event and donate a maximum of 3 eligible clothing items per event that meet the following selection criteria:

i. In high quality condition, free from damage, stains, tears and deemed wearable.

ii. Represent a slow fashion, vintage, handmade or local designer category? The below is an example of brands we would love to see pieces donated from; however, we are open to other examples of slow fashion and even pieces purchased in centre that resonate with this criteria. Limit of one (1) entry permitted per eligible person per event.

DRAW DETAILS:

The draw will take place at the Westfield Carindale, 1151 Creek Road Carindale QLD 4152 at 9:30am on Monday 20th February 2023. Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries in case of an invalid entry or invalid entrant.

WINNER NOTIFICATION:

The provisional winner will be notified in writing via email on Monday 20th February 2023. A provisional winner will only be deemed a winner once verified by the Promoter.

The winner will collect the prize from Westfield Carindale, at a location in- centre provided in the notification outlined in subject 8.

PRIZES:

The first valid entry will be randomly selected, from all valid entries received, will win the Personal Styling session with a Westfield Personal Stylist, valued at AUD$200.

2HR PERSONAL STYLING SESSION:

11. The date of the prize is to be advised and subject to availability and schedule and must be redeemed before the date stipulated on the Personal Styling Voucher, 5:30pm Monday 20th May 2023. The personal styling session is only valid at Westfield Carindale. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable and not redeemable for cash or any other alternate prize. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. No credit will be given for any unused portion of the prize. The voucher cannot be used on public holidays or during peak periods i.e. weekends. The date in which the prize is redeemed is at the stylist’s discretion. Prize can only be redeemed on the date of the session and no part of the prize will be renewed, replaced or exchanged if the prize winner or their guest is unable to attend on date of session. The styling session is subject to availability, change or cancellation, in which case the prize may be forfeited.
12.Winners are responsible for all costs associated with attending their personal styling session, including but not limited to travel to and from the Participating Centre.
13.The personal styling session is only inclusive of the stylist’s service and styling advice (2hrs), with winners responsible for all costs associated with attending the session, including but not limited any purchases throughout the session, parking, food and beverages etc.

14.The services are designed for one person at a time only and will only be provided to you. A family member or friend may accompany you for the session, however they are not permitted to receive the service or styling advice, their role is purely that of support.

15.If you wish to cancel or change your booking, you must provide us at least 72 hours prior notice by email or phone. Alternatively, you may contact your stylist directly to make a change. We reserve the right to cancel future sessions if you do not provide sufficient notice.

16.If you cancel or change your booking:
o less than 72 hours before the session, you will forfeit the cost of the session; or
o more than 72 hours before the session, you will be able to reschedule your session at a new date and time.
17.In the unlikely event we or your chosen personal stylist needs to cancel or change your booking, we will endeavour to notify you prior to your booking. Our only obligation, and your sole remedy, will be to:
o where possible, provide you with another personal stylist at the same date and time;
o provide the services to you at an alternative agreed date and time 18.We will not be held liable for any costs or damages incurred by you due to
cancellation or any change to the services.
19.We cannot guarantee that the personal stylist you choose is available at a particular day or time. If your personal stylist is unavailable, we will notify you.
20.To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable or responsible to you for, and you release us from and indemnify us against:
o any loss, damage, liability or claim including but not limited to loss of opportunity, revenue, profit, goodwill, anticipated savings, or other economic loss, liability, expense, costs or damage; or
o any indirect, consequential or economic loss or loss of profits, or incidental or punitive damages;
o howsoever arising, suffered by you under or in connection with the services, the personal stylists or these terms and conditions, except to the extent such loss, damage, liability or claim is caused by our negligent act or omission or breach of these terms and conditions.
GENERAL
21.Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

22.If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

23.If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.

24.If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

25.Total prize pool value is AUD$200.

26.Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or
exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
27.Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
28.The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
29.If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
30. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
31.Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
