Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter and Prize(s) form part of these terms and conditions (terms). By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms. Entries must comply with these terms to be valid.

The Promotion will be conducted in each of a number of participating stores displaying the Promotional POS material instore (“Participating Store”). In each Participating Store the Promotion will commence and close at the time and date stated on the Promotional POS material displayed in-store. Each Participating Store will conduct its in-store Promotion during the period nominated on the in-store Promotional POS material, but as a minimum between 12:01am (AEST) on 25/01/2023 and 11:59pm (AEST) on 21/02/2023.
Eligible Entrants Entry is open to Australian residents within Queensland aged 18 years or over who are a member of the Liquor Legends Rewards program. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities and any agencies or Participating Stores associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
*Eligible Liquor Legends Rewards members include customers who have signed up in store, online or through the Liquor Legends Rewards app and consented to Terms & Conditions of the sign-up process.*
Entry To enter, each Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
Purchase any 24pk or 30pk of Great Northern Super Crisp, Great Northern Original or Great Northern Zero in a single transaction (Qualifying Transaction) at the Participating Store; and
Scan the Participating Store’s Rewards card at the time of purchase.
Only 1 entry is permitted per Qualifying Transaction. A maximum of 1 entry per person per day is permitted.

All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
The Prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications.
If the Prize (or a component of it) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter in its absolute discretion, may substitute the Prize (or a component of the Prize) with a Prize (or component) of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Prize Conditions The Prize is subject to availability. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the prize is delayed or cancelled.
Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual Prize and service Providers.
The Promoter may at any time (including after the Promotional Period), verify the validity of entries and entrants and disqualify any individual who the Promoter reasonably believes has breached any of these terms or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter whose decision is final.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, determine the identity of the entrant or winner.
The prize is only applicable to the CMC Rocks QLD 2023 event
CMC Rocks QLD 2023 tickets may not, without the prior written consent of CMC Rocks Pty Ltd (Prize Supplier), be re-sold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, charity fundraising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including but not limited to competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the winner(s) or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission. Prize Supplier’s usual ticketing terms of sale and venue terms and conditions apply to all tickets provided under this Promotion and by accepting tickets Entrants agree to be bound by their respective terms, including any applicable age restrictions.
It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner and their companion must comply with all of the conditions of use for the Prize. The Prize Supplier hereby expressly reserves the right to eject the winner (and/or his/her companions) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the Prize.
The Prize Supplier accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered if CMC Rocks QLD 2023 is postponed, cancelled, rescheduled or relocated for any reason whatsoever. If the Prize or part of the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item in the Promoter’s absolute discretion. Alternatively the Promoter may decide in its absolute discretion to withdraw the Promotion before any winners are notified, or thereafter if any circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control prevent or restrict the Promoter or any other person or party from providing the Prize or any aspect of the Prize.
Draw The Draw will be conducted at Hotel and Tourism Management Pty Ltd, address: 7/747 Fairfield Rd Yeerongpilly QLD 4105 by way of a random draw on the 24/02/2023 at 12:00pm.
The first valid entry randomly drawn will win the Prize.
Notification of Winner The Winner will be notified in writing via email and by telephone within 2 days of the Draw. The Winner’s name will be published on the Liquor Legends Website & Facebook page on 03/03/2023 5PM (AEST).
How to Claim the Prize The winner must claim the Prize by no later than 2:00pm AEST on Friday, 3rd March 2023 either by email to
ellen.dolan@liquorlegends.com.au or in person at the Promoter’s address 7/747 Fairfield Road, Yeerongpilly, QLD, 4105 and at the same time, must provide the following details:
Identification in such form as the Promoter may reasonably require;
The full name, residential address, telephone contact numbers, email addresses and dates of birth for the winner and the winner’s companions;
Such other information as the Promoter may reasonably require.
Acceptance of the Prize by the winner is taken to be acceptance by the winner and the winner’s companions of these Terms and Conditions and the Prize Supplier’s usual ticketing terms of sale and venue terms and conditions.
Unclaimed Prizes The Prize must be claimed by 03/03/2023 at 2PM AEST. In the event of an unclaimed Prize, the Prize will be redrawn on the 03/03/2023 3PM AEST at Hotel and Tourism Management Pty Ltd, address: 7/747 Fairfield Rd Yeerongpilly QLD 4105. The winner of the Re-draw will be contacted in writing by email and by telephone within 2 days of the Re-draw. The winner’s name from that store will be published in-store on 10/03/2023 5PM (AEST).
Privacy The Promoter will collect, use and disclose all Eligible Entrants’ personal information in conducting the Promotion in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at the applicable Participating Store and available at:

Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information by contacting the Promoter on 07 3107 7422 during office hours.
Entrants consent to the Promoters using their name if they are a Winner in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotion and any of the Promoter’s products.
Miscellaneous The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy liquor responsibly. Consumers of legal drinking age are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines (available at
www.nhmrc.gov.au).
If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud or any person, the Promoter may, to the extent permitted by law and subject to any written direction from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion or modify the Prize, as appropriate.
Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies (or purports to do so) any non-excludable guarantees or warranties under consumer law (Non-Excludable Guarantees).
Except for the Non-Excludable Guarantees and any other liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter, it’s officers, employees and agents, and its Participating Stores will not be responsible of liable for any loss or damage including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, or loss of opportunity and whether relating to damage to or loss of property or personal injury or death of any person and however arising and relating directly or indirectly to:
the Promotion and/or the taking or use of the Prize;
any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control;
any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
any late, lost, altered or misdirected entries due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control;
any tax liability incurred by a Winner or entrant; and/or
any damage to, delay in transit of the Prize during delivery or any other delay in or cancellation of the prize;
any other matter beyond the Promoter’s control.
The Entrants agree and acknowledge that they have read these Conditions of Entry and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule).
All Reasonable attempts will be made to contact each winner. If any winner chooses not to take their Prize (or is unable to) or does not take or claim a Prize by the time specified by the Promoter, or is unavailable, they forfeit the Prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the Prize.
The value of the Prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the Prize (inclusive of GST) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize after that date.
No part of a Prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other Prize or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the promoter.
No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion. There is no additional cost to enter the Promotion other than any cost paid by the entrant to purchase any eligible product at the Participating Store.
The Prize will be awarded only to the person named in the entry and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter may in its sole discretion, determine the identity of the entrant or winner.
Entry and continued participation in the Promotion is conditional on the entrant following and acting in accordance with Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities (
http://www.facebook.com/terms.php). This Promotion adheres to the terms and conditions set out in the Facebook promotion guidelines which can be found at:
http://www.facebook.com/promotions_guidelines.php. Any questions or comments regarding the Promotion must be directed to the Promoter.
It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner sign, if required by the Promoter, a legal release of liability in such form as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, prior to receiving the Prize.
If a Prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party prize supplier and the provision of the Prize is the sole responsibility of the third party and not the Promoter. The terms and conditions which apply to the Prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Conditions of Entry, to the extent of any inconsistency. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the Prize, any delay or failure relating to the Prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Conditions of Entry or otherwise.
If for any reason this Promotion does not proceed as intended, including without limitation, by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and declare any affected entries to be invalid or suspend or modify a Prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding on each entrant and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any Prize (or recommendation), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
The entrant will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed and acknowledges that the Promoter may use any such marketing and editorial material in its discretion without further reference or compensation to them.
Unless otherwise specified, a Prize is a single event for the winner (and where relevant their guests) and cannot be separated into separate events or components.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.

Draw:
a) The draw will take place at Hotel & Tourism Management, 7/747 Fairfield Rd Yeerongpilly QLD 4105, at 2:00pm AEST on 03/03/23 using computerised random selection.
The first valid entry drawn will be the winner of the Prize specified in the Schedule above.
The draw conductor may draw additional reserve winners in case an invalid entrant or entry is drawn.
If a draw is scheduled on the weekend or a public holiday, the draw will be conducted at the same time and location on the following business day. The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. The winner of a drawn Prize is determined by chance.
