Instructions on How to Enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Competition is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Competition is not open to South Australian Residents until further notice.
Multiple entries and applications via agents/third parties are not permitted.
It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the entrant must comply with all the terms and conditions.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries not received by the Promoter or delays due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
Employees of any the Promoter (and their immediate families) and agencies associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of any entry and of entrant (including proof of an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be the person who has submitted the entry provided that the person is an Australian resident over the age of 18 years.
Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
If this Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, website maintenance or any causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition, as appropriate.
Any cost associated with accessing and entering the Competition online is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically claim repeatedly is prohibited and will render all Entries submitted by that Entrant invalid.
The random draw will take place at Best&Less Support Office; 657-673 Parramatta Rd, Leichhardt NSW 2048 on March 1st 2023 at 10AM. The winner will be contacted via Phone and email within 1-3 business days from the Draw taking place. In the event that the Prize winner does not contact the Promoter within 7-10 days from the date of receiving the notification from the Promoter, the Promoter may complete a redraw and contact a new prize winner.
Flight Voucher details:
Amounts are in Australian dollars and can be redeemed for a one-way or return flight to Los Angeles, California, United States to depart from Australia.

Any flights booked using the Flight Voucher must be booked through Flight Centre either instore or online with airlines available through Flight Centre. Purchase of flights and any associated travel requirements will be subject to the terms & conditions and general conditions of carriage of Flight Centre and/ or each airline. If applicable, the winner may accrue any applicable air points. Any booking fee is at the winner’s sole cost.
Flights are subject to availability at the time of the booking and the Flight Voucher is subject to the availability of fares at the time of the booking.
The Flight Voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of issue (“Expiry Date”). Flight Vouchers not redeemed by the Expiry date will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange.
Travel may be subject to changes as a result of COVID-19 or any other health emergency or other event outside the control of the Promoter, and associated Australian and international government mandates and restrictions.
The winner is responsible for arranging any required internal or connecting flights at its own cost. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to arrange and pay for transport to an Australian city with an international terminal with flights to Los Angeles. Despite the above, the winner is permitted to use any credit on the Flight Voucher for any flights within the Flight Centre’s Terms and Conditions. The winner is responsible at its sole cost to pay for any costs that exceed the amount of the Flight Voucher. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter will under no circumstance be required to pay additional fees, charges, flight fees or compensation related to the Flight Voucher and/or Hotel Voucher including for any connecting or internal flights required as part of travel.
The Flight Voucher is not required to be used for a single transaction, however, the Flight Voucher can only be redeemed to the maximum value of AUD$10,000. The Winner is solely responsible for any costs (flights, transport or otherwise) that exceed AUD$10,000.

Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of the booking and the Accommodation Voucher is subject to the availability of accommodation at the time of the booking.

The Prize value is correct at the time of printing and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any subsequent variation in the Prize value. The winner is advised that tax implications may arise from their Prize and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize.
If for any reason, the recipient does not, once the flights and/or accommodation have been booked redeem the Prize, the prize will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The Prize only includes the above stated and no other compensation will be provided by the Promoter related to or connected to the Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include all other out of pocket expenses including any insurances (including but not limited to travel insurance), cancellation or change fees, visas, meals/beverages, taxes, surcharges, any additional transportation, transfers, optional excursions, additional flights or accommodation, passports or any other costs connected to or incurred as a result of the Prize. Further exclusions are anything not listed above. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result will be the sole responsibility of the winner. The costs of obtaining any of these requirements are the responsibility of the winner and their travel companion.
The winner must comply with all government and health requirements. The Promoter does not make any representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist during the travel or that may exist at the destination. Should the Prize not be redeemed by the expiry dates due to health restrictions, border closures or other events outside the control of the Promoter, the Promoter is not required to compensate the winner.
Where the recipient does not use any portion of the Prize by the Expiry Date, no compensation will be provided by the Promoter.
The Vouchers must be treated like cash however cannot be sold for cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered or lost or stolen Vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Vouchers must be redeemed before the Expiry Date.

Voucher terms and conditions form part of the full terms and conditions.
Vouchers are personal to the individual receiving them and can only be redeemed by that individual. Vouchers are not refundable after purchase, any amounts not used in a single transaction will remain as credit until the Expiry Date.
The Prize may only be used to make purchases up to the initial value list above. If the Winner wishes to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds each Voucher amount (or remaining credit as the case might be), the Winner must at their sole cost pay the excess using their own payment method.
Prizes that encompass an external company component (such as an accommodation or airline), must work within the requirements of the external company. Changes to bookings may arise at the discretion of these external companies, and the Promoter is not responsible for any changes to flight times, flight dates, booking changes, room availabilities and other booking inclusions that are beyond its control.
If any Prize (or part of any Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with a Prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any necessary or applicable written directions from a regulatory authority.
Prizes, or any unused portion of a Prize, are not transferable.
The entrant enters the Competition at their own risk. he Promoter will not be responsible for any loss, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any personal injury, loss or damage, errors, defects interruptions, malfunctions or delays connected to or as a result of the Competition or Prize (except in the case of negligence or error on the part of the Promoter, any breach of any express term of these Terms and Conditions by the Promoter or any liability which cannot be excluded by law included as provided for under the Australian Consumer Law). Once the Prize has left the premises of the Promoter, responsibility for any damage, delay or loss to the Prize during transit will pass to you.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, offer suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities; entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for Competition, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant.
