You’ll celebrate your win with a drink on arrival, followed by a private distillery tour led by Head Distiller Tim Stones. Be guided through the gin production and whisky-making process before tasting samples of their signature Hickson Rd. Gin range and new-made Whisky. Put your newly gained knowledge into practice by blending your very own gin using native ingredients and botanicals. Once you’ve worked up an appetite, you’ll head to the Hickson House dining room with a $400 voucher to enjoy their botanically-inspired Australian menu and innovative cocktails.
