“HAWKES WIN 1 OF 30 ECO-ESCAPES” PROMOTION
Information on how to participate in the offer forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, from Queensland, New South Wales, Australia Capital Territory and Victoria only (residents from Northern Territory, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia are excluded from entering).
Promotion Period: Entries open from 01/11/22 and close at 11:59PM AEDT on 28/02/23 ("Promotion Period").
How to Enter
To be eligible to enter, entrants must purchase (and pay in full) from any Off-Premise Store or On-Premise Venue:
Off-Premise Store: Purchase any 6-pack of Hawke’s Lager, Patio Ale, or Underdog in a single transaction at a Participating Store during the Purchase Period (“Qualifying Transaction”) and collect an itemised purchase receipt. A participating store is any retailer (in QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC only) that stocks Hawke’s Brewing Co. beer and displays advertising material featuring this promotion (“Participating Store”), whilst stocks last.
OR
On-Premise Venue: Purchase any schooner 426ml or pint 570ml of Hawke’s Lager, Patio Ale, or Underdog at a Participating Venue during the Purchase Period (“Qualifying Transaction”) and collect an itemised purchase receipt. The onus is on the entrant to request the purchase receipt if not automatically provided; A participating venue is any on-premise venue (in QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC only) that stocks Hawke’s Brewing Co. beer and displays advertising material featuring this promotion (“Participating Venue”), whilst stocks last.
To enter, after making their Qualifying Transaction, entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:
scan the promotional QR code or visit
www.hawkesbrewing.com/ecoescape;follow the prompts to the entry page;
input the requested details (including first name, last name, date of birth, email, mobile phone, residential address, number and type of products purchased);
upload a copy of their itemised purchase receipt for their Qualifying Transaction;
submit the fully completed online entry form.
In the event that a purchase receipt is not automatically provided to the entrant at the time of making their Qualifying Transaction, it is the entrant’s responsibility to request such material.
Maximum Number of Entries
Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:
Only one (1) entry permitted per Participating Product purchased;
each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; For clarity, if two (2) 6-pack of promotionally marked Hawke’s Lager or Patio Ale beer is purchased in a Qualifying Transaction, the entrant will be entitled to two (2) entries. If three (3) 6-pack or case of promotionally marked Hawke’s Lager or Patio Ale beer is purchased in a Qualifying Transaction, the entrant will be entitled to three (3) entries, and so on.
A maximum of five (5) entries per person in one (1) day; and
Each entry must be completed separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above.
Maximum Number of Prizes
Where an entrant has submitted multiple entries into the Promotion, a maximum of two (2) prizes are permitted per person.
Prize Pool
There are thirty (30) x $1,000 In2theWild Tiny Holiday Gift Card prizes available (each a Prize).
The first valid thirty (30) entries drawn will each win a $1,000 In2theWild Gift Card (each a “Prize Winner”).

The Gift Cards have a 12-month expiry from the date of card issue. Any ancillary costs (e.g. travel) associated with redeeming the Gift Card are not included. In accepting any prize, Winners acknowledge and accept that participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19. They knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, including but not limited to any risk of injury, harm, and loss, even if such arises from the negligence, fault, or conduct of any kind on the part of the Promoter or the prize provider. The prize winner must hold a valid credit card and present it upon booking the accommodation to cover any incidental charges.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entrants (including a entrant’s identity, date of birth, phone number and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
Prize Draw
The draw will take place at 10:00am AEDT on 03/03/2023 at the Promoter's agency, Pilgrim Communications, 51A/23 Norton Street, Leichhardt NSW 2040. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
The winners will be notified by email on their registered email address provided on their completed online entry form and each Prize winner will have their name and State or Territory of residence published on the promotion website

Prize Delivery: The Prizes will be delivered to the winner(s) within 28 days of the draw by email to the winner’s email address (provided with their entry).
Unclaimed Prize Allocation: A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 21/04/2023 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified by email. Each Prize winner will have their name and State or Territory of residence published at

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or re-sold, unless otherwise specified.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, pandemic, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to enable them to participate in this Promotion and may disclose the entrant’s personal information to third parties including its contractors and agents, suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this Promotion. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter in the Promotion.
