EG Ampol 4c Offer – Terms and Conditions

^ 1. To receive a fuel discount of 4˘ per litre, eligible RAA members must present their digital or physical membership card at participating EG Ampol outlets in South Australia or Broken Hill.
2. Offer limited to one fuel purchase per day for each RAA member, up to 150 litres. Offer excludes LPG.
3. Discount not available with Motorpass, Motorcharge, Fleetcard, Ampol Card, Basics Card, Star Card, or EG Fuel Card.
4. Offer is available in conjunction with in-store $5 spend offer (spend a minimum of $5 in-store at participating locations to receive a further 4c per litre discount).

“Fill up and win at EG Ampol” Competition – Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter and prize details form a part of the competition terms and conditions of entry (Terms and Conditions).
Entry into this “Fill up and win at EG Ampol” competition (Competition) is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter is Royal Automobile Association of South Australia Incorporated, of 101 Richmond Road, Mile End, SA, 5031, ABN 90 020 001 807 and available by phone on (08) 8202 4390 (RAA or Promoter).
All employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, de facto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, brother, sister, step-brother or step-sister.
The Competition commences at 9am ACST on 14 February 2023 and closes at 11:59pm ACST on 28 February 2023 (Promotion Period).
To be eligible to enter the Competition, entrants must be a member of RAA (RAA Member) and take up the RAA “More For Members” offer for in-store discount at EG Ampol, and make a fuel purchase at EG Ampol showing their RAA card at least once between the Competition’s commencement and on or before 11:59pm ACST on 28 February 2023.
Subject to these Terms and Conditions each time the RAA Member presents their membership number in an Eligible Purchase, EG Ampol, ACN 629 792 810, will lodge an entry on behalf of the RAA Member (against their membership number) and provide these entries to the Promoter.
During the Promotion Period, entrants may enter the Competition an unlimited amount of times by making as many Eligible Purchases as they wish; however, individual entrants are only eligible to win a maximum of one (1) prize per entrant for the Competition, regardless of their number of entries into the Competition.
Entries received before the Promotion Period commencement date or after the Promotion Period ends will not be considered. Incomplete, fraudulent or incomprehensible entries will be disregarded. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
10. The Promoter already holds personal information from each RAA Member and will use that information in order to conduct the prize draw.
11. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
12. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
13. If the Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify the entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition, as appropriate.
14. The prize draw consists of
- One (1) $2,500 EG Caltex Ampol eGift Cards and,
- Fifteen (15) $100 EG Ampol eGift Cards.
The total prize pool is valued at $4,000.
15. The prize value is in Australian dollars.
16. The prize(s) are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged or taken for cash. If the prize(s) are lost or expired they will not be replaced.
17. A prize draw for the years supply of fuel will occur on 1 March 2023 at 10am ACST through a random electronic process. A prize draw for the $100 EG Ampol eGift Cards will occur on a daily basis from 15 February to 1 March 2023.
18. The draw will take place at RAA 101 Richmond Road, Mile End, SA, 5031.
19. The prize winners will be notified by email (and failing that by phone) after 1 March 2023 based on the contact information held by RAA about the prize winner in its RAA membership database. To claim the prize, the winners must respond within 14 days of being notified. Eligible entrants are responsible for keeping the Promoter informed of any changes to their contact details during and following the Promotion Period. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. If the prize remains unclaimed for 15 days of the winner(s) being notified under clause 19, the Promoter will conduct a redraw/s at 10am ACST at the same place as the original draw subject to any applicable law. If required the redraw will take place on 15 March 2023. If applicable, the winner, will be notified by phone and by email.
21. The name of the winner will be published on
www.raa.com.au/competitions after 2 March 2023.
22. The winner agrees to be available for publicity opportunities at the reasonable request of the Promoter for a period of three months after collection of the prize.
23. The Promoter handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including the Australian Privacy Principles, and will deal with personal information in accordance with its privacy policies. By entering into the Competition you acknowledge that the Promoter may use the personal information it already holds to conduct the Competition and you agree to be bound by the Promoter’s privacy policy. 24. By entering this Competition, you agree that EG Ampol will hold all relevant personal information that entrants are required to enter when making an Eligible Purchase at EG Ampol.
25. EG Ampol ACN 629 792 810 is the issuer of the EG Ampol eGift Card, but is not the Promoter of the offer, nor responsible for fulfillment of the offer terms.
26. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be responsible or liable for:
the prize winner’s failure to update the contact information associated with his or her RAA membership;
inaccurate or incorrect transcription of entry information;
purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, sent with insufficient postage (where entry is by post), or sent or submitted other than as directed in these Terms and Conditions;
any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website;
unauthorised human intervention in any part of the Competition;
electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Competition;
any loss suffered or sustained, to any person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and where applicable to any family members/persons accompanying a winner.
