Terms and Conditions
Prize
1x New 2022 Sea-Doo GTR-230 (ss), 1x Redco Trailer (Black) , 1x One year personal Club Marine Insurance, 12 months Queensland registration for both PWC and trailer.
Promotion Period - The competition will commence on Wednesday 15th February at 8am and entries conclude on Saturday 18th March at 2:30pm (30 minutes before the four finalists are drawn)
Entry
A. Enter online at
www.jswpowersports.com.au/win (only one entry can be made online per person)
B. An additional three entries will be received for every in-store parts and accessories purchase over $500.00– Per transaction. (Trade customers excluded)
C. Purchase a New Sea-Doo PWC from JSW Powersports during the competition period and receive 10 entries.
D. You MUST be 18 years or older to be eligible to enter.
There will be four entrants picked at random from all entries made through JSW Powersports and a further one entrant fast tracked through the Sea FM win a Sea-Doo GTR-230 campaign. These five entrants will then be in the draw to win the main prize.
Winner Announcement
The four finalists will be drawn at random at JSW Powersports - 3:00pm. The four JSW finalists will then join the one Sea FM fast tracked finalist (five in total). The five finalists will then randomly select a key, but only one will start the Sea-Doo GTR-230.
That individual will then be deemed the winner and announced at 3:10pm at our Birthday Party event held at the JSW Powersports Showroom - 3 Ereton Drive, Arundel, QLD, 4214 on Saturday March 18th.
There will be only one winner of the one-of-a-kind Sea-Doo GTR-230 package and that individual MUST be present on the day and time of the draw.
Winner Requirements
The finalists must be present at the draw and show identification in the form of a driving licence or passport in order to retrieve their prize. If the finalist or winner is not physically at the draw their winning ticket will be removed from the competition and another draw will take place.
Prize Claims
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Prize Collection
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
Entry Terms
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Promoter Terms
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
Employee Terms
Employees and their immediate families of McNiven Holdings Pty as Trustee for The McNiven Trust trading as JSW Powersports and their associated companies are not permitted to enter. Proprietors and staff of direct trade vendors and commercial partners of JSW Powersports and their immediate family are not permitted to enter. Commercial customers of JSW Powersports and their employees are not permitted to enter.
