6. Once the above criteria are met, ONE entry will go into the draw to for your chance to WIN 1 x $1000 Autobarn or Autopro gift card. The gift card will be dependent on the location of the winner.
7. The prize draw will take place on 3 May 2023 at 10:00am AEST at DBC2 Pty Ltd, 14/339 Williamstown Road, Port Melbourne VIC 3207.
8. Prize winners will be notified in writing within 7 days of the draw date.
9. Winner(s) of a prize will have the last name, initial and postcode published on the

10. Prizes: Total prize giveaway during the promotion is $24,000. Prizes will be posted to the address

11. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable. The customer cannot exchange for credit,
cannot use to pay down existing debts and has 12 months to use the credits before they become
ineligible.
12. The promoter’s decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into. The
Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
13. Anyone under the age of eighteen (18) years is unable to enter the promotion.
14. Subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority where a prize remains unclaimed and

Winner(s) in the unclaimed prize draw will be contacted by email within 7 days of the redraw taking place. All reasonable avenues will be explored to contact the winner(s). Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of the prize) at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited. 15. The winner accepts their prize at their own risk. 18. If, for any reason, this competition is not capable of running as planned due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the
Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter will disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and (with the approval from the Relevant Authorities) may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s name, email address and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
20. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The information from the entries is being collected by the Promoter to enable it to contact the potential winner and/or may be entered into a database. By entering the Promotion all entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal details for an indefinite period (unless consent is later retracted) for future marketing purposes unless otherwise advised by the entrant upon entry. The Promoter will only use the winner’s personal details for future marketing purposes relating to this Promoter only.
21. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Promotional Period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter.
