How to Enter
1. Complete the entry form on this page by submitting your contact details, and your entry explaining in 50 words or less what makes a good pair of sunnies.
2. Submit your entry before 11.59pm on Sunday 30 April 2023.
The Prize
3. Twenty (20) Prizes will be awarded.
4. Each Prize consists of one (1) $500 digital voucher, redeemable for any products listed for sale on the
www.uglyfisheyewear.com website.
5. The voucher is valid for twelve (12) months, and can be used in part or in full during that time.
Terms + Conditions
6. By entering this competition, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
7. This is a free competition running from 7.00am (AEST) on Friday 7 March 2023 until 11.59pm (AEST) on Sunday 30 April 2023 (‘Competition period’). Late and early entries will not be considered.
8. There is no cost to enter the competition, however you are responsible for your own internet connection and usage rates.
9. One (1) entry may be submitted per person.
10. Ugly Fish will select one (1) winner on Monday 1 May 2023.
11. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
13. If your entry is chosen as a winning entry, you will be notified by email to the email address provided in your entry.
14. For winners under the age of 18 years, the Prize will be awarded to your parent / guardian.
15. If you do not claim your Prize by 5pm on 31 May 2023, Ugly Fish reserves the right to offer the Prize to a substitute winner.
16. Any ancillary costs associated with collecting the Prize are not included.
17. Once the Prize has left the Ugly Fish warehouse, Ugly Fish take no responsibility for the Prize being damaged, lost or stolen.
