The contest begins on April 11th, 2023 and ends on May 11th, 2023. The winner will be selected on May 22nd, 2023.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the competition's country who are 18+. Employees and immediate family of Opinel and affiliates are not eligible.
Entry: Follow the instructions on the competition landing page. Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
Prize: Non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The winner will receive the prize(s) as described on the competition landing page.
Winner selection: Random selection from eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email or provided contact information. Alternate winners may be selected if the winner(s) are ineligible or fail to respond within 7 days.
Publicity: Participants agree to allow Opinel to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without compensation or notice.
Disqualification: Opinel reserves the right to disqualify any participant for fraudulent or unsportsmanlike conduct.
Liability: Opinel is not liable for loss, damage, or injury caused by the competition or prize(s). Participants release and hold harmless Opinel, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents from any liability.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the competition's country.
