Competition period:
The competition commences on 11:00 am on 06th April 2023 and closes at 04:00 pm on 09th August 2023. All references to times are in Australian Eastern Standard (AEST) time.
How to enter:
There is no charge for entering this competition and no purchase is necessary to enter or redeem prizes.
To enter the competition, Entrants must go to the competition website via the URL
https://cruisemegastore.com.au/competition and follow the prompts to register their details including first name, last name, telephone numbers, email address, State and postcode.
All Entrants who register their details will receive one entry in the draw to win a travel voucher to put towards your next cruise of choice. See Prize Details below for details of the prize provided in this competition.
Eligibility:
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and an Australian or New Zealand resident to be eligible to enter this competition.
Entrants are not eligible to enter this competition if they are an employee, or an immediate family member of the Promoter, Our Vacation Centre or any Designated Promotional Partner, their affiliated companies, or their related bodies corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act). For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions the Designated Promotional Partner is the entity, contracted with the Promoter as a Promotional Partner, and provided with a unique website URL for the purpose of this competition through which the Entrant participates in this competition.
If you are a member of one of the brands under I.C.E. Vacations Asia Pacific Pty Ltd including My twoforone Rewards, Discover365, ICE Vacations, TravelPerks+, Cruise Megastore, Travel Megastore, or one of our affiliated brands, you will not be able to enter this competition.
An ‘Invalid email’ error message may be shown to those who are already a member of one of our brands or partner brands database, or if you have opted out to receive communication from us in the past.
Prize Details:
The winner of the prize will receive Vacation Cash AUD $2,500 (Two Thousand and Five Hundred Australian Dollars):
which can be redeemed towards travel transactions with Cruise Megastore. To book any product on Cruise Megastore, you will have to contact one of our travel specialists on 1300 657 948 to be able to use the Vacation Cash (“the Prize”).
The Prize is valid for redemption and travel within 12 months from the date of issue.
The Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and is not redeemable for cash. The prize does not include any incidental travel expenses.
Actual odds of winning will be 1/X, where X is the total number of eligible entrants into this Prize Drawing.
Cruise Megastore will not be responsible for any inability of a prize winner to accept or use the prize.
Cruise Megastore accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries, or other documents related to the Prize(s). Such documents under this paragraph shall be ineligible for the Prize Drawing.
The total prize pool is AUD$2,500.

Draw information:
The draw for the major prize will take place at the offices of the Promoter at 58 Kingston Drive, Gaven, Queensland 4212 at 12pm on 15th August 2023 via a random electronic drawing process. The Winner will be notified by telephone within 24 hours of the draw and in writing.
If the prize is unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 12pm at 58 Kingston Drive, Gaven, QLD, 4212, 7 days after the original draw date, and the winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be notified by telephone and in writing within 24 hours of the draw, and the winner will be published on cruisemegastore.com.au after notifying the winner.

General provisions:
By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to receive marketing communication from Cruise Megastore, which is owned and operated by Our Vacation Centre Pty Ltd (OVC). The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of the claims and to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or who abuses the bonus entry option by forwarding competition referrals contrary to anti-spam guidelines on the competition website.
The Promoter reserves the right to resolve any and all discrepancies, disputes or unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit subject to relevant State legislation, and State permit regulations. The Promoters decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Neither the Promoter nor any of its agents are responsible for lost, late, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, ineligible, or incorrectly submitted entries.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction given under the relevant State legislation, and State permit regulations.
The Promoter and Designated Promotional Partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any Entrant or Winner, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of participating in this competition or taking any prize, save where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or otherwise associated with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google or any other social media site or any of their affiliates, and each entrant or participant completely releases, to the full extent permitted by law, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google or any other social media site or any of their affiliates from all liability related to this competition. Participants and entrants should direct all questions and comments regarding this competition to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google or any other social media site or any of their affiliates.
Privacy:
The information on the entry form is being collected by the Promoter and Designated Promotional Partners for the purposes of the advertised competition and utilisation by the Promoter and Designated Promotional Partners for marketing and promotion of their respective goods and services via email, phone or mail. The Promoter and Designated Promotional Partners may also disclose information collected from entry forms to its related entities, affiliated suppliers or contracted third parties for their marketing purposes.
All Winners details will be disclosed to the parties with whom the Promoter has contracted to provide the advertised prize. It is a condition of entry that prize Winners agree to provide at least two photos and/or videos of them and/or whilst on their prize holiday and agree that the Promoter and/or Designated Promotional Partners may publish such photograph in marketing, publicity and promotional material without any further payment or compensation to the Winner.
All Entrants give the Promoter and Designated Promotional Partners their express and indefinite consent to contact them by telephone, SMS text messaging or email for promotional purposes. By providing personal information to us for the purpose of participating in our rewards dollars, certificate or vouchers membership programs or for the purpose of receiving a quotation or making a booking, you provide indefinite and expressed consent to us contacting you by electronic means (e-mail or SMS or phone) with information regarding your query or reservation or forwarding marketing collateral containing news, products or services or promoting product & packages that we consider may be of interest to you. You can opt out at any time by sending an email marked "unsubscribe" or by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the marketing emails or by contacting us to request we do not call.
Our Vacation Centre GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TRAVEL BOOKINGS
Although Our Vacation Centre (OVC) takes all care in informing members of the most up to date and correct information it remains the responsibility of clients to ensure they are familiar with all terms and conditions relating to individual travel products, passport, visa and immigration issues, health and customs requirements associated with their travel.
Following is an overview of general items for you to consider in relation to your travel, however the overview may not be absolute in its content and clients must thoroughly check all details in regard to their travel plan. OVC are happy to assist you in regard to any clarifications or other information you require.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure booking details are correct and all passenger names are correct and match passports. Name changes and booking changes incur penalties and will be required to be paid by the traveller if incorrect information has been supplied to OVC.
Visas and passports are the responsibility of the client. We can assist with this service - fees apply. Please ask your consultant for details.
Passports must be valid for 6 months from return date.
If you are not travelling on an Australian passport, you may require an Australian re-entry visa. This is your responsibility to obtain prior to departure.
All reservations are made in accordance with current schedules. Any change in scheduling or delays and the resulting impact on arrangements are not the responsibility of Our Vacation Centre.
Quotes are valid for 7 days excluding airfares and cruises, which are valid at the time of quoting only. No prices are guaranteed until full payment has been received by Our Vacation Centre.
Credit card surcharges apply, the amounts displayed exclude any credit card merchant fee surcharges. A signed credit card authority form will be required upon booking.
Terms and conditions apply to all bookings. It is the responsibility of the client to request and familiarise themselves with the terms & conditions for their particular travel.
Cruises are subject to availability. Fuel surcharges are levied as per the rules of the individual Cruise line and may be applied at any time prior to sailing.
Your booking may be cancelled if the deposit and/or final payment is not received by the required date stipulated by the supplier or Our Vacation Centre.
All government fees, port charges, surcharges and taxes are subject to change without notice until final payment is made, and documents have been issued.
Cancellation and amendment fees apply to all bookings once a deposit has been received - please see attached fees schedule.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they are aware of the latest travel advice issued by the Australian Government and the latest health information for the destinations to which they are travelling.

www.traveldoctor.com.au Our Vacation Centre strongly recommends that clients purchase adequate travel insurance cover for their destinations. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to be taken at time of booking. Should you decline insurance offered by OVC, we will then require a signed insurance waiver form and be supplied with your current insurance number.
