First opened in 2013 in Sydney, C9 offers premium gelato made on site and an array of chocolate and gelato desserts. Over the last 12 months, C9 has doubled its footprint in Australia, including its first stores outside NSW in 2023. Now the C9 brand has 10 stores in NSW, 4 stores in VIC and expects more to come.
