Information on how to enter and prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions (terms). By participating, you
agree to be bound by these terms. Entries must comply with these terms to be valid.

Participating
Store
A participating store is any store nationally that displays advertising material for this promotion (each a
“Participating Store”). For the avoidance of doubt, online purchases from a Participating Store are also
eligible.
Promotional
Period
The Promotion commences on 01/03/2023 and closes for entries at 11:59pm AEST on 31/05/2023
(“Promotion Period”).
Eligible
Entrants
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who can travel to USA, Spain or Italy on the
relevant dates specified in the Prize section below. Employees (and their immediate families) of the
Promoter, its related entities, Participating Stores, any prize drawers and any agencies associated with
this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse,
de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent,
step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Entry 1. To enter, each Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
(a) Spend $25 or more in one single transaction on any SKYY Vodka product from a Participating
Store (Qualifying Transaction);
(b) visit the Promotion Website and follow the prompts to the entry page;
(c) input the requested details (first name, last name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, full
address, and state/territory of residence);
(d) upload a copy of their purchase receipt for their Qualifying Transaction;
(e) agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy; and then
(f) submit the full completed entry form.
2. Entrants must retain the original receipt for their Qualifying Transaction as proof of purchase and
produce this within seven (7) days of a request by the Promoter. Failure to do so may, in the sole
discretion of the Promotor, result in invalidation of the entrant’s entry and forfeiture of any right to a
prize.
3. Entries which in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
(a) are received outside the Promotional Period;
(b) contain defamatory, offensive or inappropriate content or infringe intellectual property rights;
(c) are incomplete or indecipherable; or
(d) do not otherwise comply with these terms,
will be invalid and ineligible for any prize.
4. Only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction regardless on the amount spent in excess of
$25 on SKYY Vodka products. Each entry must be submitted separately. A maximum of two (2)
entries per person per day is permitted.
Draw 5. The draw will take place at Greeneagle Distribution & Fulfilment, Unit 5, 9 Fitzpatrick Street, Revesby
NSW 21221:00pm AEST on 02/06/2023. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and
record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
6. The first valid entry randomly drawn will win the Major Prize (Major Prize Winner), as set out below.
7. The next ten (10) valid entries randomly drawn will each win a Minor Prize (Minor Prize Winner), as
set out below.
8. The Promoter may at any time (including after the Promotional Period), verify the validity of entries
and entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the
Promoter reasonably believes has breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or
engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper
conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure
by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are
reserved.
9. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, determine
the identity of the entrant.
Prize(s) 10. The Major Prize Winner will win the option to select a trip for two (2) people to either USA, Spain or
Italy. Each option’s value is set out below depending on date and point of departure. Each
option includes:
Chicago, USA valued at up to $20,833.50
• 2 x return economy airfares from winner's nearest capital city to Chicago, USA;
• All airline and airport taxes included;
• Return private transfers from airport to accommodation;
• 5 x nights twin share 4 star accommodation with breakfast included;
• $3,000 spending money;
• 2 x On Shore tickets to attend SailGP Season 4 at Chicago from 17/06/2023 to 18/06/2023,
including behind the scenes technical base access and tour; and
• Chauffeur transport from accommodation to events on both Sail GP event days (17/06/2023 and
18/06/2023).
• This prize must be taken from 16/06/2023 until 21/06/2023.
OR
Taranto, Italy valued at up to $20,605.80
• 2 x return economy airfares from winner’s nearest capital city to Bari, Italy;
• All airline and airport taxes included;
• 2 x return economy train tickets from Bari to Taranto, Italy;
• Return private transfers from airport to station and from station to accommodation;
• 5 x nights twin share 4 star accommodation in Taranto with breakfast included;
• $3,000 spending money;
• 2 x On Water tickets to attend SailGP Season 4 in Taranto from 23/09/2023 to 24/9/2023 including
behind the scenes technical base access and tour; and
• Chauffeur transport from accommodation to events on both Sail GP event days (23/09/2023 and
24/09/2023).
• This prize must be taken from 21/09/2023 until 26/09/2023.
OR
Cadiz, Spain valued at up to $20,858.80
• 2 x return economy airfares from winner's nearest capital city to Jerez, Spain;
• All airline and airport taxes included;
• 2 x return economy train tickets from Jerez to Cadiz, Spain;
• Return private transfers from airport to station and from station to accommodation;
• 5 x nights twin share 4 star accommodation in Cadiz with breakfast included;
• $3,000 spending money;
• 2 x On Water tickets to attend SailGP Season 4 in Cadiz from 14/10/2023 to 15/10/2023 including
behind the scenes technical base access and tour; and
• Chauffeur transport from accommodation to events on both Sail GP event days (14/10/2023 and
15/10/2023).
• This prize must be taken from 12/10/2023 until 17/10/2023.
Additional spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance,
passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal
nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Each prize option must be
taken between the dates above and is subject to booking and flight availability. The winner may
be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
The winner and their companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and
any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. The winner and their companion must
depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined
by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize.
Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
The SailGP Season 4 ticket prizes are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions,
including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly
reserve the right to eject the winner (and/or their companion) for any inappropriate behaviour,
including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.
11. The Minor Prize Winners (10) will each win a Australia SailGP Team Backpack valued at $300.
12. Total prize is valued at up to AU$23,858.80.
13. All taxes (excluding GST) and any ancillary costs which may be payable as a consequence of
receiving a Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner.
14. If a Prize is unavailable, the Promoter in its absolute discretion, may substitute a Prize (or a
component of a Prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions
from a regulatory authority. Other than this, a Prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot
be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
15. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by
negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be
excluded by law.
16. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take/redeem the
prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
Notification of
Prize Winner
17. Winners will be notified in writing and by telephone within two (2) business days of the Draw. Their
names will also be published on the Promotion Website on 06/06/2023. Winners must claim their
Prize(s) within two (2) weeks of the Draw.
18. At the time of claiming a Prize, the Prize Winner must ensure that the postal address submitted in the
online entry form is correct. The Prize Winner must contact the Promoter no less than seven (7) days
after receiving the notification that they are a Winner for any changes to a postal address.
19. The Promoter will retain all unclaimed Prize(s) for two (2) weeks from the date of the Draw. If a Prize
is not claimed within this time, the Promoter will re-draw another winner for the unclaimed Prize on
16/06/2023 at the same time and place as the original draw, by way of a random draw (Re-draw). In
the event that the Major Prize is required to be awarded in the Re-Draw, the re-drawn winner will only
be able to select the options involving a trip to Cadiz, Spain or Taranto, Italy (not Chicago, USA).
20. Winners of the Re-draw, if any, will be contacted in writing and by telephone within two (2) business
days of the Re-draw. Their names will also be published on the Promotion Website on 20/06/2023.
Winner(s) of Re-drawn Prizes must claim their Prize before 4/07/2023.
Privacy 21. The Promoter will collect, use and disclose entrants’ personal information to conduct and manage the
Promotion in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at skyyvodka.com.au/privacy-policy. The
Promoter may also use entrants’ personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research
and profiling purposes for any of the Promoter’s products, including sending electronic messages to,
or telephoning, any entrant. Entrants may opt out of such marketing messages at any time by clicking
on the unsubscribe link contained in the message.
22. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are
a Winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of same) in any media for an unlimited period
without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotion and any of the Promoter’s products.
Miscellaneous 23. The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy liquor responsibly. Consumers of legal drinking age
are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medical
Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines (available at
www.nhmrc.gov.au). Entry and
continued participation in this promotion is subject to the licensee’s liquor serving policy.
24. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably
anticipated for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter including technical
difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter may, to the extent permitted by law:
(a) disqualify any entrant; or
(b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel
the Promotion or modify the Prize, as appropriate.
25. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, government lockdown, pandemic, or any other
kind of disaster or unforeseeable event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter
reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or
modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
26. Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies (or purports to do so) any non-excludable
guarantees or warranties under consumer law (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability
that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its
respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any
personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special
or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
27. Except for the Non-Excludable Guarantees and any other liability that cannot by law be excluded, the
Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) will not be responsible and
excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or loss or damage (including loss of
opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
(a) the Promotion and/or the taking or use of the Prize;
(b) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control;
(c) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(d) any late, lost, altered or misdirected entries or prize claims due to any reason beyond the
Promoter’s reasonable control;
(e) any tax liability incurred by a Winner or entrant;
(f) if the chosen SailGP Season 4 event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond
the reasonable control of the Promoter;
(g) any variation in prize value to that state in these Terms and Conditions; and/or
(h) any damage to or delay in transit of the Prize during delivery,
except to the extent caused or contributed to by the Promoter.
Disputes 28. All feedback in respect of the Promotion should be submitted to the Promoter’s feedback address at:
info.australia@campari.com In the case of any dispute, the Promoter will make a determination,
acting reasonably and taking into account any feedback provided. The Promoter’s decision is final
and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
