Celebrity Cruises Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the Celebrity Cruises prize of a cruise for two people on board Celebrity Solstice or Celebrity Millennium in Asia, departing before 30 April 2024, in a twin-share Balcony stateroom.
1. Promoter
The Promoter is Cruise Passenger (Cruise Media Australiasia PTY LTD; 33 164 325 866; Suite 206, Level 2, 46a Macleay Street Potts Point 2011 NSW Australia) and the prize shall be provided by RCL Cruises Ltd, trading as Celebrity Cruises (“Celebrity Cruises”).
2. The Prize (“Prize”)
The winner will receive a cruise on board Celebrity Solstice or Celebrity Millennium in Asia up to the value* of AUD$14,248, departing between 01 June 2023 and 30 April 2024 (excluding ‘Holiday sailings’) for two (2) adults with accommodation in a twin-share balcony stateroom.
3. Promotion entry Period:
The Promotion entry period commences at 09:00hrs AEST on 5 May 2023 and concludes at 23.59hrs AEST on 30 June 2023 (the “Closing Date”).
4. Entrants
Entry is open to Australian residents only who are 18 years and over.
Proof of eligibility must be provided upon request. Employees of RCL Cruises Ltd and/or any of its Group Companies, subsidiaries, affiliates (including any relatives, family members and/or household members) and anyone else professionally associated with this Promotion are expressly excluded from entering.
Only one entry per entrant will be accepted. Multiple email addresses for the same person will not be permitted or accepted.
Entries must be received before the Closing Date. Late, incomplete, invalid and/or corrupt submissions will not be accepted and will be disqualified. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter and/or Celebrity Cruises for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
It is a condition of entry that the winner (and their travel companion) must agree to: (i) take part in any and all activities determined by Celebrity Cruises including, without limitation, video filming and/or publicity relating to this competition; and (ii) be available to travel on the Prize sailing date.
Selection of Winner(s)
The winner will be chosen at random by Cruise Passenger from valid entries received before the Closing Date and the winner will be notified by Cruise Passenger, by email (to the email provided as part of their entry), within 28 days of the draw.
The winning email notification will include instructions on how/by when the winner is to claim their Prize and provide passenger details, where applicable. Failure to claim and/or provide such details within the required time frame may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
The Prize cruise must be booked no later than 30 days after the winner has been notified that they have won the Prize.
In the event that a winner declines the Prize, and/or is unable to take the Prize, and/or fails to respond to the Celebrity Cruises’ email(s) within the required time frame and/or does not receive the Celebrity Cruises’ email for whatever reason, and/or does not respond to the Promoter’ email in the prescribed manner, and/or does not claim/take the Prize, and/or is ineligible or otherwise unable to claim the Prize, the winner shall forfeit the Prize and the Celebrity Cruises shall have no liability to the winner and reserves the right in its absolute and sole discretion to select another winner.
Travel and Health Requirements
The winner(s) and, where applicable, their travel companions, will be responsible for ensuring and checking that they (i) hold any and all documentation required in order to travel including, without limitation, ensuring that they are in possession of valid passports with an expiry date no earlier than six months after the completion of the Prize cruise and apply and/or have any visas and/or other permits required for travel; and (ii) have adequate and comprehensive travel insurance (evidence of which shall be provided to Celebrity Cruises if requested); and (iii) comply with any and all health and other requirements for travel including, without limitation, any required vaccinations, heath certifications and/or permits.
Prior to departure, the winner(s) are required to check, without limitation, the Celebrity Cruises website, the FCDO travel advice website and the equivalent country websites of the countries being visited as part of the cruise, for the latest advice and information about travel documentation, procedures, facilities, policies, health and safety information and vaccination & health requirements.
Health and safety protocols, guest conduct rules and regional travel restrictions may vary by ship and destination – and are subject to change without notice. Due to changing health protocols onboard and in destination, experiences, offerings, features and/or itineraries may be subject to change at any time and may vary by ship and/or destination.
Celebrity Cruises do not allow anyone in their 24th week of pregnancy (or beyond) to sail.
General terms and conditions
(i) The Prize will not include flights (whether national and/or international), return transfers to/from the overseas airport and the port of embarkation/disembarkation, any packages on the cruise (including, without limitation, any drinks, wi-fi and/or pre-paid tips packages), wi-fi, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, shore excursions, travel insurance, transfers, visas, items of a personal nature, meals (other than featured in the itinerary), laundry, telephone calls, additional nights or upgrades etc. all other incidental and ancillary costs incurred by the winner and/or guests as a direct or indirect result of taking the Prize.*Cruise value is based on cruise only, standard cruise fare available on Celebrity Millennium 12-Night Bali, Malaysia & Thailand cruise departing 04 January 2024. Value for two (2) adults twin share accommodation in a Balcony Stateroom, including taxes and fees. Prize value correct as of 10 March, 2023.
Holiday sailings means Christmas, New Year and Easter sailings.
The Prize is subject to availability
By entering this Promotion, entrants are considered to have agreed, without limitation, to these terms and conditions and Celebrity Cruises’ Booking Terms and Conditions (celebritycruises.com/au), conditions of carriage and privacy policy(ies) (ww.celebritycruises.com/au/privacy-policy)].
The Prize is subject to these terms and conditions and Celebrity Cruises reserves the right, to amend and/or update, without limitation, these terms and conditions and/or the Celebrity Cruises’ Booking Conditions, conditions of carriage and/or privacy policy(ies) at any time.
The winner(s) must submit all the necessary information in the manner prescribed and by the dates prescribed, to be entitled to claim their Prize. Failure to provide such information shall entitle Celebrity Cruises to withdraw the Prize and select another winner.
The fulfilment of the Prize will be managed by Celebrity Cruises.
Celebrity Cruises reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to:

(ii) reject any entries and/or disqualify any entrants, at any time, if Celebrity Cruises in its sole and absolute discretion deems that there has been or may be, whether intended or otherwise, any: (a) breach of any of these terms and conditions; and/or (b) infringement or potential infringement of any third party rights and/or intellectual property; and/or (c) defamation or potential defamation of any persons, companies, intellectual property, institutions, cultures or similar; and/or (d) offence or potential offence caused, howsoever arising; and/or (e) breach of any laws, regulations, codes (including moral codes), uses, guidelines and/or any other generally accepted etiquette rules required (without limitation) from any internet users, platforms, providers, hosts and/or sites and/or similar.
The Prize is as described, is not transferable, cannot be amended or varied, has no cash value (and cannot be exchanged for cash) and cannot be re-sold.
Celebrity Cruises reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to change the Prize and/or substitute any or all of the Prize with an alternative Prize.
The winner(s) may be required to take part in publicity resulting from the Promotion. Celebrity Cruises (and its Group Companies) shall be entitled to make use, in any way and/or through any medium, of any comments provided and/or made by the winner(s) including, without limitation, those provided by the winner(s) on any social media sites and/or Celebrity owned marketing channels (including the Celebrity Cruises website), for the benefit of promoting Celebrity Cruises and its Group and/or associated companies, subject to the applicable policies of the relevant social media sites and/or marketing channels.

Subject to Celebrity Cruises’ privacy policy and these terms and conditions, the winner(s) title, surname and county: (i) may be announced on the Celebrity Cruises Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram accounts, as well as on its blog and in other marketing material for a period of 6 months following the announcement of the winner of the Promotion; and (ii) can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Marketing Department, Celebrity Cruises, Level 15, 101 Miller St, North Sydney NSW 2060, within 30 days of the Closing Date. By entering into the Promotion, the winner(s) agree to their details being shared for this purpose.
Cruise Passenger warrants and undertakes that it shall, at all times:
⦁perform the services with the best care, skill and diligence in accordance with best practice in the relevant industry, profession or trade;
⦁obtain and at all times maintain all permissions, licences and consents which may be required;
⦁comply with all applicable laws, regulations, regulatory policies, guidelines or industry codes which may apply from time to time;
⦁not do or omit to do anything which may cause RCL to lose any licence, authority, consent or permission on which it relies for the purposes of conducting its business; and
⦁indemnify RCL against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses (including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of reputation and all interest, penalties and legal costs (calculated on a full indemnity basis) and all other professional costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by RCL arising out of or in connection with the acts and/or omissions of Cruise Passenger, their employees, workers, agents, subcontractors and/or suppliers.
