1. Customers who spend a minimum of $40 or more at any specialty store or a combination of specialty stores at
Caboolture Square are eligible to receive a Free Gift – Lavisse Gift Set, including Glamorous 100ml EDP & Body
Lotion, (valued at $29.95) from Jadin Chemist OR a Scented Tree of Life Candle 325g (valued at $19.99) from
Discount Station.
2. Purchases/receipts from Coles Supermarket and for prescription or scheduled medication, tobacco or tobacco
related products, lotto and gambling transactions are excluded from this offer.
3. The Gift with Purchase promotion commences on Tuesday 2 May 2023 and ends when stock has been exhausted.
4. To claim a Free Gift, the original receipt/s from a specialty store or combination of specialty stores must be
presented for stamping by Jadin Chemist or Discount Station staff.
5. Receipts must be dated within the promotional period. One gift per person.
6. Customer can choose one (1) Lavisse Gift Set, including Glamorous 100ml EDP & Body Lotion, (valued at $29.95)
from Jadin Chemist OR a Scented Tree of Life Candle 325g (valued at $19.99) from Discount Station.
7. There are 200 gifts available as follows: 100 x Lavisse Gift Set, including Glamorous 100ml EDP & Body Lotion, from
Jadin Chemist and 100 x Scented Tree of Life Candle 325g from Discount Station.
8. The Free Gift is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
9. Customers must be 18 years or over to collect the Free Gift.
10. To be eligible for the Free Gift, customers must complete the Collection Form online via the QR Code or the
printed form available in-store before presenting to receive the Free Gift.
11. Prize must be collected from Jadin Chemist or Discount Station, Caboolture Square during normal opening hours.
12. The following persons are not eligible to enter the competition:
• Tenants of Caboolture Square
• Employees of tenants of Caboolture Square
• Contractors of Caboolture Square and their employees
• Immediate family members of any of the above i.e., spouses and children.

promoter for details of the information held about them at the address of the promoter stated above; the purpose
for which the information on them is being collected is for marketing purposes related to the promotion of
Caboolture Square and its retailers; the information on them is not usually disclosed to third party organisations;
failure to provide all the information required to make a valid entry will result in their entries being ineligible to be a
winning entry form.
15. The promoter expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability whatsoever for injury or loss to any person or
property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the gift received.
16. This promotion does not have a direct or indirect association with the sale or consumption of a smoking product or
of smoking products generally. Therefore, in accordance with applicable State Legislation, purchases of smoking
products are not considered valid purchases for the purpose of this promotion and therefore are excluded from
being used to form an entry.
17. Purchases of prescription medication and gaming related products are excluded from being used to form an entry.
18. Receipts from payment of Accounts cannot be used to form an entry. Original receipts are only accepted.
