Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and not able to be exchanged for alternative activities or cash.

Delta Air Lines Reservations/Ticketing: Reservations must be made and tickets issued prior to departure. Tickets must be issued within 24 hours of making reservations. Reservations made on delta.com must be ticketed at time of reservation. The number of seats available for this offer is limited. Certificate Validity: Certificate must be redeemed and the ticket issued by the date stated above. Extensions will not be granted under any circumstances. Itinerary: Stopovers, open segments and waitlisting are not permitted, in addition, if this certificate is valid for roundtrip travel, circle and double open-jaw trips are not permitted. For entries to be considered they must be received by the set due date outlined by the competition promotion. All requirements, such as completing a survey or submitting an answer, must be completed in order for entries to be valid.
Employees (and their immediate families) of Signature Media and its associated agencies with any promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
Only one entry per person will be permitted when specified. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

Any additional costs associated with redeeming a prize are not included. All airlines taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Transfers are not included unless specified.
All prizes must be taken as offered. Prizes, or any unused portion, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash unless otherwise specified. Prizes are valued in Australian dollars. Signature Media accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize.
Prizes that encompass an external company component (such as a hotel, airline or cruise company), must work within the parameters of the external company. Prizes are subject to black-out periods and availability. Changes to bookings may arise at the discretion of these external companies, and Signature Media is not responsible for any changes to flight times, flight dates, booking changes, room availability and other booking inclusions that are beyond its control. Signature Media is not responsible for passport or travel requirements when leaving the country.
In order to constitute a valid entry, you must subscribe to the Holidays with Kids mailing list through the competition form (by providing your name and email address). Data is collected will not be used by any other party or for any other purpose.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
In the event that a prize, or part of a prize, is unavailable, Signature Media reserves the right to substitute the prize or part of the prize in its discretion with an alternative prize or part of the prize.
Signature is neither responsible nor liable for any late, lost or misdirected mail (including but not limited to prizes).

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, Signature Media (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Signature Media’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Signature Media (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
