Details of prizes
The total prize draw is $20,000 consisting of two $10,000 prizes.
The first NSW homeowner drawn who holds a mortgage on their property in NSW will win one prize of $10,000.
The first NSW tenant drawn who is renting a property in NSW and has an NSW tenancy agreement will win one prize of $10,000.
Method of entry
To enter, an entrant must, during the promotional period:
Visit the competition website and complete the required details on the online entry form in accordance with any instructions on the website.
At the time of entering, the entrant must be either:
a) a tenant who is renting a property in NSW and has proof of a valid rental agreement on that property, or

b) a homeowner who owns a property in NSW and has proof that they hold a mortgage on that property with a bank or similar financial institution.
