Maximum Number of Entries
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each in the Promotion.

Entry Method

Entrants may enter the competition in either of the following ways:
Website Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register their details in the manner required and answer in 25 words or less the question:
“Who in your family would you share $20K with?”
Each entry will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
AND/OR
Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details, complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer in 25 words or less the question:
“Who in your family would you share $20K with?”
All valid Website and Nova Player App Entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
Appear on-air
At various times during the Promotion Period representatives of the Promoter will:
(a) select up to three (3) entries deem to be the ‘best’ (based on the Judging Criteria, in the
Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) (each a Selected Entrant)
(b) contact the Selected Entrants on their personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a
business number) (Personal Contact Number) and invite them to appear on-air;
(c) If the Selected Entrant successfully appears on-air, they will be deemed a challenger (Challenger)
and invited to attend the Challenge.
For the avoidance of doubt, Challengers must attend the Challenge in order to be deemed a Prize winner and awarded a Prize.
Challenge
The Promoter will conduct the Challenge between 10:30am Thursday 14 July and 11:30am Thursday 14 July at Monster Skate Park, 1A Grand Parade, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW 212 (Venue) as advised by the Promoter in their sole and absolute discretion.
Each Challenger will be paired with a representative of the Promoter (to be determined by the Promoter in its’ sole and absolute discretion) (Representative). Each Representative will participate in a “finger board drop” on behalf of their Challenger at the Venue.
The Challenger whose Representative is first to satisfactorily drop their ‘finger board’ closest to the middle target at the bottom of the skate ramp and complete the Challenge within the time specified and in accordance with any other Judging Criteria (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) will be deemed the Prize winner and will be awarded the Prize.
The result of the Challenge and selection of the Prize winner is at the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion. If, after a specified time period, no Representative is able to successfully complete the Challenge (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), the Challenger whose Representative was closest to successfully completing the Challenge (as specified by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) will be declared the Prize winner and awarded the Prize.
9.
Entry Restrictions
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number to be eligible for a Prize and each entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers the relevant phone live on-air.
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as a Selected Entrant, Challenger or Prize winner (where applicable) and they may not be invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant Challenge or be awarded a Prize (where applicable).
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air .The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air.

Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 12:00pm AEST Wednesday 12 July 2023 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.

Judging Criteria

All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on-air game (if applicable), the Promoter may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on-air game.

Additional Conditions
Challengers must be able to participate in the Challenge on certain dates
Challengers must be able to attend the Challenge between 10:30am and 11:30am on Thursday 14 July at the Venue. Dates and schedules of the Challenge are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
