TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
This is a Game of Chance. By entering into the Promotion, you (Entrant) acknowledge
and accept the following terms and conditions, as well as the Promoter’s general
conditions of entry, as amended from time to time.
Competition Pizzas for Goals Giveaway Promo
Promoter Pizza Pan Group Pty Ltd (ACN 614 499 213) of Suite 2.02, Level 2, 65 Epping Road, Macquarie Park
NSW 2113.
Entry Period Opens: Friday 21st July 2023 (4:00pm AEST).
Closes: Monday 21st August 2023 (6:00pm AEST).
Entrants Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees of the Promoter and its franchisees and their associated companies are excluded.
The immediate family members of employees of the Promoter and its franchisees and their associated
companies are also excluded.
Limit One (1) entry per Entrant per day.
Entry 1. To enter, an Entrant must during the Entry Period enter their name, email address and phone
number into a webform on the
www.pizzahut.com.au website (Entry Form) between 4:00pm to
6:00pm (AEST) (Daily Entry Timeframes).
2. The Goal dependant pizza giveaways are as follows:
a. Maximum of 200 pizza giveaways the day following each Goal awarded to any team
including Australia,
b. Maximum of 400 additional pizza giveaways the day following each Goal awarded to
Australia.
3. Free pizza vouchers will be provided on a first come first serve basis to fully submitted Entries,
as outlined in point 1 above. If the maximum number of Entries have not been reached the
Entrant will receive a free large pizza voucher with a voucher code emailed to their specified
email address (Winning Entrants).
4. The Winning Entrants will be contacted and advised of their successful entry by the Promoter or
representatives of the Promoter via email to the email address provided by the Winning
Entrants at the time of entering the Competition.
5. The free large pizza voucher is available for redemption by entering the voucher code when the
Entrant accesses the Promoter’s website and is prompted for the voucher code.
6. Subject to redeeming the free large pizza voucher within the Claim Period, the free large pizza
voucher entitles the Entrant to receive a free large pizza with a pan base from a selection
available on the website of Super Supreme, BBQ Meatlovers, Pepperoni Lovers, Hawaiian and
Cheese Lovers.
7. The Winning Entrant has 21 days from the date of issue or until 11th September 2023 23:59 hrs
AEST (whichever is the earliest) to redeem the free large pizza voucher, via pick up only from
the location specified by the Entrant on the website. At expiry of the vouchers, any unused
balances will be forfeited. Redemption of the vouchers are subject to standard Pizza Hut terms
and conditions.
8. The free large pizza voucher cannot be redeemed with other meal deals or offers and no
customisation of the free large pizza will be permitted.
9. To verify the available prize pool each day for the Goal dependant release, Entrants should
check Pizza Hut social media for verification of the total prize pool each day; Facebook (Pizza
Hut) or Instagram (@PizzaHutAU)
10. Penalty Shootout goals do not count towards the Goal dependant release as Penalty Shootout
goals do not count towards a player's or team's tally. Penalty shootouts are considered
separate to match results and are used only to determine which team progresses in the
competition.
11. The Prizes will be available for redemption by the Winning Entrants by entering the voucher
code where prompted on the Pizza Hut website. The vouchers can be redeemed for one Large
Pizza online only.
12. The Winning Entrants have until the expiry date of each individual voucher to redeem the free
Large Pizza or until 11th September 2023 by 23:59 hrs AEST. Any prize cannot be redeemed
as part of any other meal deals or offers.
13. Pizza Hut Australia has no affiliation with the Fédération Internationale De Football Association
(FIFA).
Prize The Prize pool for the competition contains 171,200 Goal Dependant vouchers for a free large pizza
with each voucher valued at $15.95 each distributed as follows
- 200 free pizza vouchers for each Goal awarded to any team including Australia,
- 400 additional free pizza vouchers for each goal awarded to Australia.
(Together referred to as Goal Prize)
Vouchers can only be redeemed via the Website or via the Pizza Hut App to purchase one pizza from a
selected range of pizzas, for pick up only. Vouchers are valid for 21 days from the date of issue. At
expiry of the vouchers, any unused balances will be forfeited. Redemption of the vouchers are subject
to standard Pizza Hut terms and conditions.
Total Prize Value AUD $2,730,640.00 inclusive of GST
Prize terms and
conditions
Any further conditions for the Goal Prize will be communicated to each applicable Winning Entrant, if
any, by the Promoter and/or its representatives.
All Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable (including for cash).
Part or parts of the Prizes will not be substituted for other benefits or items at the request of the
Winning Entrants.
Prize claim date & time The Winning Entrant has 21 days from the date of issue or until 11th September 2023 23:59 hrs AEST
(whichever is the earliest) to redeem the free large pizza voucher, via pick up only from the location
specified by the Entrant on the website.
Prize Determination Upon successful Entry to the Competition by an Entrant within the Entry Period, the Winning Entrants
will be contacted by the email submitted through the Entry Form and advised of their successful entry.
Unclaimed Prize
Determination
If any free large pizza voucher is unclaimed by the end of the Claim Period, then the free large pizza
voucher will be forfeited by the Winning Entrant.
The pizza voucher will not be redeemable after the Claim Period.
1. General
1.1 The promoter of the Competition is the Promoter (Pizza Pan Group Pty Ltd ACN 614 499 213 of Suite 2.02 65
Epping Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113).
1.2 By entering this Competition, Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Information on how to
enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open only to the Entrants.
2.2 This Competition will be conducted during the Entry Period. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the
Entry Period.
2.3 An entry that is eligible under this clause 2 will be known in these Terms and Conditions as an "Entry" and "Entries"
will have a similar meaning.
3. Entry
3.1 To enter this Competition, Entrants must complete the Entry, subject to the Limit. Entry is free.
3.2 Entrants must submit an Entry in accordance with the Entry procedures under clauses 2 and 3.
3.3 To be eligible to win a prize in this Competition, an Entry must not:
(a) be incomplete or incomprehensible; or
(b) be unlawful, defamatory, abusive, insulting, threatening, obscene, inflammatory, or
offensive
3.4 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of an Entry and to disqualify an Entrant for tampering with the
entry process or for submitting an Entry that does not, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, comply with these Terms
and Conditions.
3.5 Without limiting any other terms herein, the Entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for any breach of any terms of
these Terms and Conditions.
4. Winning Entrants
4.1 Each Winning Entrant must claim the Prize vouchers within 21 days from the date of issue or until 11th
September 2023 23:59 hrs AEST (whichever is the earliest), unless otherwise stated. The Promoter will
not be responsible for any delay, loss or damage to any Prize once it has left the supplier’s premises.
5. Prizes
5.1 See above for further details on the prizes.
5.2 Prizes will be awarded to the Winning Entrants. If there is a dispute as to the identity of the Winning
Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Winning
Entrant.
5.3 The Prize must be taken as a whole and as stated in these Terms and Conditions. No alternative will
be provided and no compensation will be payable if the Winning Entrant is unable to use the Prize prior
to the end of the Claim Period.
5.4 The value of the Prizes is the recommended retail price as provided by the supplier (inclusive of GST)
and is correct as at the start of the Competition.
5.5 If the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right
to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
5.6 If the Prize pool becomes exhausted before the end of the entry period, the Promotion will end and no
additional prizes will be made available.
6. Your information
6.1 By participating in the Competition, Entrants provide consent to the Promoter to use and collect its
personal information to enable the Promoter to conduct the Competition, publicise the name of the
Winners and where Entrants have consented to the receipt of such information, send Entrants
marketing, advertising, and promotional material.
6.2 Entry in this Competition is conditional on provision of the personal information requested.
6.3 Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to third parties who assist the Promoter in conducting
this Competition, including regulatory authorities, entities which supply and send the Prizes via email to
the Winning Entrants, and marketing and communications agencies.
6.4 The Winning Entrants’ details will be retained as required by relevant legislation and as specified in
these Terms and Conditions, and the Winning Entrants’ first name and last name may be posted on the
Promoters or its agents pages promoting the Competition.

7. Risk and liability
7.1 Entrants participate in this Competition, and uses the Prizes, at his or her own risk.
7.2 The Promoter, its related bodies corporate and the suppliers, agencies and other companies involved
in this Competition assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in
operation or transmission, or loss or damage to data.
7.3 If this Competition is not capable of running as planned for any reason (including as a result of technical
failures, fraud or causes beyond the Promoter’s control), the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, cancel,
suspend or change the Competition and re-commence it on similar terms, subject to any directions by
regulatory authorities.
7.4 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its related bodies corporate and their respective
officers, directors, employees and agents exclude liability for all loss (including loss of data,
unauthorised access to data and consequential loss), damage, expenses, death or personal injury
suffered or incurred arising out of, or in connection with, this Competition (including in relation to
participation in this Competition and use of the Prize).
7.5 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.
7.6 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions seeks to limit, exclude or modify, or purports to limit, exclude of modify the
statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010
