Well, this is obviously not a popular one! Our family has not tried Spirulina but we have taken Kelp at different times. I'm thinking this is something similar. Probably good if you're not eating enough vegies.

Anyway, today I received EXPRESS POST,  1 bottle of 100 tablets plus a CD ( haven't looked at it yet but I imagine it will be about how they grow and harvest it.

Spirilina helps lose weight....caution tho as it does have a laxative effect

You have to take 5 tablets twice a day before food.....

OMG Sent the email on the 23rd June and today 27th received 100 tablets delivered via Express Post.  This is wonderful, I can't believe how quick and how many they give you.

got mine in the mail too am very happy with the speed of their delivery.

l've bought pure green barley tablets before and am pleased to say that these are a lot easier to swallow.

l will however heed the caution and make sure they are taken before or with food lol

You'd better like popping pills if you're going to be taking 20 tablets a day!!!!

20 tabs per day    They absolutely stink.  I'm flat out trying to swallow 1.
