Maximum Number of Entries

One (1) entry per entrant during the Promotion Period.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each in the Promotion.
9.
Entry Method

Phone Entry
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) the Promoter will nominate a featured music artist on-air (Nominated Artist);
(b) entrants will be invited by the Promoter to call 13 24 10 when they hear the Nominated Artist played on-air;
(c) from the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, up to one (1) entrant will be selected by the Promoter (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) (Selected Entrant) and will be invited to appear on-air.
(d) If a Selected Entrant successfully appears on-air (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and a solute discretion), they will be given two (2) options to choose from, of which they can only select one (1):
a. be awarded a Minor Prize; OR
b. be entered into the Major Prize Draw to win the Major Prize.
(e) For the avoidance of doubt, if a Selected Entrant is awarded a Minor Prize, they will not be entered into the Major Prize Draw.
Entrants may submit as many Phone Entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
During the Promotion Period, the Promoter may conduct bonus Minor Prize days (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion and announced on-air by the on-air announcer at the time of contesting) where any person who participates in an on-air segment on a Station via phone will receive an increased Minor Prize value as announced on-air by the on-air announcer at the time of contesting (subject to the Entry Restrictions below).
For the avoidance of doubt, up to ten (10) Phone Entrants per day from each Eligible State may be placed into the Major Prize Draw or be awarded a Minor Prize.
Major Prize Draw and Answer a call live on-air
All valid Phone Entries received during the Promotion Period will be placed into a draw, as set out below under Draw Details.
In accordance with the Draw Details below, the promoter will:
(a) conduct the Major Prize Draw to select a winner; and
(b) contact the winner on their personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) (Personal Contact Number)
(c) For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter may (but is under no obligation to do so) shortlist up to five (5) entrants drawn from the Major Prize Draw and contact each of them to ensure they are on standby for the purposes of the above clause. During the above ‘Answer a call live on-air’ segment to announce the Prize winner, the Promoter will contact the entrants in the order in which they were drawn from the Draw. If an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter for the purposes of being placed on standby, it does not mean they have been deemed the Major Prize winner and they may not receive a call on-air in the above segment, or win the Major Prize in the Promotion.

Entry Restrictions
Phone Entrants must respond to text message from Promoter confirming details
Prior to a Phone Entrant being entered into the Major Prize Draw (after they have appeared on-air for the purposes of this Promotion), Phone Entrants will be required to provide their Personal Contact Number to the Promoter over the phone. Phone Entrants will receive a text message requiring them to provide and confirm further personal details in order to facilitate the Promotion. Phone Entrants must respond to this text message in the manner required in order to receive their entry into the draw. Should a Phone Entrant fail to respond to this text message, they will not receive an entry into the Major Prize Draw.
Replay of on-air audio of Phone Entrant receiving an entry into the Major Prize Draw
For the avoidance of doubt, if the Promoter replays audio that has previously aired where a Phone Entrant appears on-air and receives an entry into the Major Prize draw, the replaying of audio will not constitute an additional entry for that Phone Entrant into the Major Prize Draw.
‘Best Of’ audio (originally aired prior to the Promotion Period) will not entitle person to an entry into the Major Prize Draw
For the avoidance of doubt, if during the Promotion Period the Promoter plays ‘Best Of’ audio from an on-air segment that originally aired prior to the Promotion Period, any persons featured within that ‘Best Of’ audio will not be considered an entrant into this Promotion and will not receive an entry into the Major Prize Draw as a result of the ‘Best Of’ audio being played on-air during the Promotion Period.
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be
invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize (where applicable).
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize.
Winners will be called live on-air
Each entrant must nominate a Personal Contact Number to be eligible for the Prize and each entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on-air.

Draw Details

One (1) draw will be conducted, as follows:
• Between 2:30 and 3:00pm AEST Friday 15 September 2023 at the Promoter’s premises.
The first valid entry drawn will be deemed a winner and will be contacted in accordance with the Notification of Winners outlines below.

Unclaimed Prize Draw

The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on Friday 12 January 2024 at the Promoter’s premises.
The winner of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified via email within 7 days of the unclaimed prize draw and published on the relevant Website within 7 days of the unclaimed prize draw.

Prize Delivery

The Prize will be electronically transferred to the winner's nominated bank account by the Promoter via electronic funds transfer.
