Entry Restrictions Entrants must be 18 years or older able to obtain a QLD boat license OR nominate someone with a boat license to register the
major prize.
This promotion will be conducted in participating Marano’s Fuel Station and Aussie Marine store located in Cairns, QLD
(“Participating Businesses”).
In accordance with clause 5 of these conditions of entry, directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their
immediate family members) of the any agencies or suppliers directly associated with this Promotion, including the Participating
Businesses, are ineligible to enter.
Relevant State(s) Entry is only open to residents of QLD.
Maximum Entries Entrants can enter as many times as they like in store. Entrants will receive one entry per transaction, per receipt
Entrants can enter once per live broadcast.
Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must:
1. Visit:
a. any participating Marano’s Fuel Station and buy at least two (2) of the following Bega products:
Dairy Farmers 3lt White Milk, Dairy Farmers 2lt White Milk, Dairy Farmers 1lt White Milk, Dairy Farmers 500ml White
Milk, Dairy Farmers Classic 500ml Range, Dairy Farmers Classic 300ml Range, Dare 500ml, 750ml 2lt, Daily Juice
Range 500ml, Mildura 500ml Range.
OR
b. a participating Aussie Marine Store and spend at least $100.
AND
2. Obtain an entry form in store and fully complete it including by stapling the receipt to the form and putting in the
barrell in store.
OR
1. Attend a 99.5 Triple M LIVE in your Drive live broadcast with Tammy & JB on
Monday 14th August, 25th August, 1st September, 8th September, 15th September, 22nd September 2023.
2. Obtain an entry form and fully complete the form and put it in the entry barrell.
At the end of the Promotional Period, all entries will be combined and the Promoter will conduct a Major Draw in accordance
with the Draw Details to determine a Major Prize Winner.

The first valid entry randomly drawn in each draw will be determined the Provisional Finalist. A further three (3) entries will be
randomly drawn as Back-Up Finalists in order of drawing. If the Provisional Finalist doesn't answer their phone or it goes to
voicemail when the Promoter attempts to contact them, the first Back-Up Finalist will be called. This process will continue until
a Back-Up Finalist answers their phone and is awarded the Major Prize on air.
Judging Details All judging decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
