Terms & Conditions:

Promotion commences at 6:00am ACDT on Thursday 14 September 2023 and ends at 9.00pm ACDT on Wednesday 25 October 2023 (Promotion Period). All times throughout the Terms and Conditions will be based on Adelaide local time unless otherwise advised.
To be eligible to enter, eligible individuals must, during the Promotion Period spend $10 or more in a single transaction at any participating Port Adelaide Plaza retailer where the customer will be eligible to enter.
Excluded retailers include NAB, Port Plaza Lotto and Port Plaza Medical Centre.
To enter, entrants must then, during the Promotion Period visit portadelaideplaza.com.au and follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, fully and correctly complete their entry in accordance with the instructions provided and submit the fully completed entry form.
Entrants must retain their original receipt from each Qualifying Transaction, as proof of purchase will be required to validate the winning entry. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to the prize/s. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
The following receipts are not valid receipts for the purpose of the Offer: (a) receipt(s) from non-participating retailers and Excluded Retailers (b) receipt(s) for mobile phone recharge card, tobacco and tobacco related product purchases; (c) receipts recording Layby payments except where a Layby is finalised and payment completed during the Offer Period; (d) receipts recording redemption of gift card purchases, store credit, refunds and exchanges; (e) ATM or EFTPOS receipts; (f) credit card or bank statements; and (g) receipts that the Promoter has reasonably determined to have been tampered with or have been obtained fraudulently or are a reprint of the original receipts. The same purchase receipt can only be submitted once in the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to stamp and/or photocopy each purchase receipt submitted in the Promotion before returning them.
LIMITS ON ENTRY
Multiple entries are permitted per person, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
DRAW DETAILS
The major draw will take place at the Participating Centre at Port Adelaide Plaza, Level 2, 200 Commercial Road, Port Adelaide, SA 5015, at 10.00am ACDT on Friday 27 October 2023. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries in case of an invalid entry or invalid entrant.
The provisional winner will be notified by telephone and in writing within two (2) business days of the draw. A provisional winner will only be deemed the winner once verified by the Promoter.
The winner’s name and postcode will be published on the Promoter’s website on 27 October
2023 (portadelaideplaza.com.au).
The daily draw will take place at the Participating Centre at Port Adelaide Plaza, Level 2, 200 Commercial Road, Port Adelaide, SA 5015 at 10.00am ACDT daily from Thursday 14 September 2023 - Wednesday 25 October 2023. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries in case of an invalid entry or invalid entrant.
15. The provisional winner/s will be notified by telephone and in writing within two (2) business days of the draw. A provisional winner/s will only be deemed the winner/s once verified by the Promoter.
16. The winner’s name and postcode will be published on the Promoter’s website two (2) business days of the draw at portadelaideplaza.com.au.
17. Entrants can only enter in their own name and use their own email address. The Promoter reserves the right to request a provisional winner provide proof of identity, proof of residency, and/or proof of entry validity. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of any prize claim or entry before awarding the prize.

9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
