To enter the 2023 ViewSonic® & AtmosFX® Heroes of Halloween Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”), sponsored by ViewSonic ("Sponsor) and AtmosFX (“Sponsor”), you must provide a contact email address and enter via one of the official sweepstakes entry methods listed in the Sweepstakes window, accessible by visiting
https://atmosfx.com/blogs/community/atmosfx-viewsonic-heroes-of-halloween-sweepstakes. Additional entry methods will generate additional entries and can improve your odds of winning. The maximum number of entries is 10 per entrant. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email or contact address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of eligible entries by using multiple/different email addresses, accounts, identities, registrations and logins or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified.
Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
Promotion Period. The Promotion begins on 2023-08-29 03:00:00 PM United States Pacific Time PT (“PT”) and runs through 2023-09-24 12:00:00 PM (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion. All entries must be received during the dates and times specified in the Promotion Period.
Eligibility. In order to be eligible, participants must be at least eighteen (18) years old and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. The entrant must be a registered member of the social media channels listed with his or her own account on one or more of the channels that are required for entry submission which include email, Facebook, Twitter, or Pinterest. The Promotion is void in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria and in any jurisdiction where prohibited or limited by law or where registration, bonding, localization or translation required. The ARV of digital download prizes is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. We will determine the value of the prize to be the fair market value at the time of prize award.
The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes: $2,451.00.
No substitution, assignment or transfer of these prizes is permitted, except by Sponsor, who has the right to substitute a prize with another of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the receipt and/or use of the prize
Winners. Winners of the Promotion will be randomly selected. Winners will be selected at the end of the sweepstakes and will be contacted via their supplied email address.
The winner must then respond to Sponsor within fourteen (14) days. Should the winner fail to respond to Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select a new one in a second-chance random drawing. Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and a publicity release. By entering or accepting any prize, winner allows Sponsor to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, prize information, and biographical information for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation where permitted by law. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES: THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE PROMOTION ARE GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON AND OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL BE IN KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
