On November 12th last year, during the massive storm that went through the state, sadly the Meadows Country Meats entire back prep room was gutted by fire. It is believed a water leak from the roof caused the fire in the heritage listed building.
Brilliant news for Meadows, the shop has just reopened after a nine month rebuild, WOO HOO!!!!! Local family businesses like this are the life blood of country towns and communities and it is so awesome to see this one back up and running!!! Next time you are driving through our beautiful Adelaide Hills, pop in to Meadows, say G'day and grab some of their awesome South Australian meat!!!
