a. The Winners of the Prize will be determined as follows:
i. The best valid entry from each State, as determined by the judges based on literary and creative merit of the answer
provided to the promotional question, will win the Prize.
b. The Promoter may select additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is selected.
