Eligible entrants
Entry is only open to NSW, QLD, VIC and WA residents who have an existing Family Table VIP account. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian approval to enter.
How to enter/win
During the Promotional Period:
a) eligible Family Table VIP members will receive an email containing a mystery code;
b) the member must visit any Kitchen Warehouse store in NSW, QLD, VIC or WA and present the mystery voucher email to a store team member who will scan the barcode within the email;
c) the staff member will then reveal to the customer the prize they have won. Prizes available to be won are listed below. Voucher prizes will be redeemable by simply scanning the barcode in the mystery voucher email at the time of purchase and any other physical prizes will either be available for collection in store during the same visit or will be mailed to the winner, as notified by staff in store.
Entries permitted
Only one (1) mystery prize email will be sent to each eligible entrant (and each eligible entrant may only be able to claim a maximum of one (1) prize).

Prize conditions
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a voucher are not included. Any unused balance of a voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the voucher.
Voucher cannot be used online and cannot be used to purchase a workshop or another gift card.

Winners of prizes valued at over $250 who have successfully claimed their prize instore will be published at

Unclaimed prizes
A second chance draw will be held for unclaimed instant win prizes. The draw will be held at Kitchen Warehouse, 1 Pensioner Guard Road, North Fremantle WA 6159, Australia on 16/10/23 at 09:00 am AEST.
Only eligible entrants who have not claimed a prize in-store will receive a secondary email with a newly randomly allocated unclaimed prize. Prizes must be revealed and claimed in the same manner as outlined in the How to Enter section and must be claimed by no later than 05/11/23.
