Dates you need to know
The promotion starts at 10am AEDT 17 October 2023 to 12pm AEDT 10 November 2023 ("promotion period").
The prize allocation will be determined by TPAL (randomdraws.com.au) computerised random draw system. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The draw will take place in the presence of an independent scrutineer on 22 November 2023 at 3pm AEDT at Level 2/11 York St, Sydney NSW 2000.
Winners will be notified by an email with the details of what prize they have won by 1 December and instructions on how to claim their prize. Winner’s will be published on Telstra Plus by 1 December 2023.
Who can enter?
Entry to the promotion is open to all Australian residents who are Telstra customers, who have joined Telstra Plus and who are 18 years of age or older. Excludes enterprise and corporate accounts. Telstra employees who work with the Telstra Plus program and their agents, contractors and other companies associated with the promotion and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
How do you enter?
To enter you must, during the promotion period have an active Telstra account and:
join Telstra Plus and enter via Telstra Plus by filling in all the details required on the entry form (including but not limited to full name, address and email address) and choose the state that you would like the chance to win tickets for OR
be an existing Telstra Plus member and enter via Telstra Plus by filling in all the details required on the entry form (including but not limited to full name, address and email address) and choose the state that you would like the chance to win tickets for.
One bonus entry per member can be obtained for entrants who activate the Pink promotion entry through the My Telstra app during the promotion period. One offer activation via the My Telstra app will automatically allocate an extra entry for all other eligible entries on the account.
A customer may only join Telstra Plus once during the promotion period. If a customer leaves Telstra Plus and joins again during the promotion period, the membership will be ineligible to enter the promotion and deemed invalid to win a prize.
We may also disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.
The prize
Major Prize
The major prize is available for all eligible entrants. Total of 10 major prizes in total to be won (20 tickets. 2 tickets per winner) valued at up to $30,580 (inc GST) (“major prize”). Major prize consists of
2 x VIP tickets to see P!nk live in concert in Sydney on Saturday 16th March
$2000 AUD Visa gift card which could be used for accommodation and travel to the event.
Minor Prizes
Minor prizes are available to all eligible entrants who nominate their preferred location where a minor prize is located, as set out in below:
Total of 159 minor prizes, 2 tickets per winner. 318 tickets of A, B, C reserve seating category or catered suite to see P!NK live, valued at $80,468.20 (inc GST) (“minor prize”). These prizes will take place on the dates as set out below with the number of prizes per each location:

The prize pool consists of 169 prizes. Total Prize pool value $111,048.20
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.
Dates for the prizes are as set for each event as provided by the event promoter and changes to times and dates is at their discretion for the tour. Tickets to events cannot be amended or extended. Winners will be randomly allocated to an event at their preferred location. Winners who do not accept these dates of allocated prizes will forfeit their prize.
Tickets are subject to standard ticket terms and conditions and are subject to change. The terms and conditions which apply for the use of the tickets at the time they are issued to the winner will prevail over these terms and conditions to the extent of any inconsistency.
Major prize winners will receive a $2000 Visa gift card that can be used towards flights and accommodation. Flights, accommodation, ground transfers or any other travel costs are not included in the minor prizes, and all other expenses become the responsibility of the winners.
All prizes from the advertised prize pool will be distributed through the current Telstra fulfilment process.
