TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. The colouring competition is open to participants of all ages.
Employees, sponsors, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2.Entry Submission:
Participants must use the provided colouring sheet for their submission.
Entries must be submitted at the candy bar or a scanned copy via email to the relevant cinema location. Each participant is allowed only one entry.
3.Originality and Content:
Entries must be the original work of the participant.
Entries must not contain any offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content. Participants may use any colouring materials or techniques they prefer.
4.Submission Deadline:
The deadline for submission is by close of business on January 31, 2024. Late entries will not be considered.
5.Judging Criteria:
Entries will be judged based on creativity, colouring technique, and overall visual appeal. The decision of the judges is final and binding.
6.Winners and Prizes:
MAJOR PRIZE: One major prize winner will be selected per Limelight Cinemas location (Ipswich, Tuggeranong, Morayfield). Major Prize winners will receive a Classic Limelight Cinemas Birthday Party Package for the winning entrant and ten friends. Total prize value per winning entrant is $220.
RUNNER UP PRIZE: One runner up prize winner will be selected per Limelight Cinemas location (Ipswich, Tuggeranong, Morayfield). Runner up winners will receive one (1) Trolls water bottle, one (1) Trolls headphone, one (1) Trolls sticker sheet and (1) Trolls ruler wrist band. Total prize value per winning runner up entrant is $50.
Winners will be notified through the contact information provided on the submission form by February 7, 2024.
If a winner does not respond within fourteen days of initial contact, their prize may be forfeited and the prize re-drawn to select a new winner.
Total prize pool value per Limelight Cinemas location is $270. Total prize pool value of competition $810.
Prizes are non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
7.Intellectual Property:
By participating in the competition, participants grant the organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to reproduce, display, and distribute their entries for promotional purposes.
Participants retain the ownership rights to their entries.
8.Publicity and Promotion:
Participants may be required to provide their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9.Limitation of Liability:
The organizers and sponsors are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the competition or as a result of accepting or using the prize.
10.Modification or Cancellation:
The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
11.Governing Law:
The terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant State.
