Trade Promotion: Game of Chance Schedule to Conditions of Entry
Promotion Name Cook up a storm with Philmac and Weber Promotion.
Promotion Type Consumer.
Promoter Philmac Pty Ltd (ABN 17 007 873 047) of 47-59 Deeds Road, North Plympton, South Australia 5037.
Permit Numbers Authorised under the following permits: NSW: TP/01972 SA: T23/1335 ACT: TP 23/01722.
Relevant State(s) All Australian States and Territories.
Participating Stores Any Reece stores, nationally.
Entry Restrictions Entrants must be Australian residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entering the promotion.
Promotion Period The Promotion starts at 9am on 01/10/2023 ACST.
The Promotion closes at 5pm on 31/12/2023 ACDT. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Participating Products Any Philmac branded products.
Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must have a Reece account and, during the Promotion Period:
Purchase any Philmac Participating Products using their Reece account during the Promotion Period to the value of $150 or more from a Participating Store or from a Reece online store website listed at
https://www.reece.com.au/store-locator/ (each $150 spent in aggregate on Participating Products using an entrant’s Reece account during the Promotion Period will be deemed a Qualifying Purchase);
Locate the QR code on advertising material in store or online, scan with your smart phone and fill out your details to complete and submit the online application form located at philmac.com.au/cookupastorm-entry, by providing all requested information in order to participate in the Promotion. Once you have confirmed your participation in the Promotion, one entry for every Qualifying Purchase you make will be submitted separately by the individual Reece store(s) in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
If an entrant establishes a Reece account during the Promotion Period, only purchases made after the date their Reece account is activated will be counted towards a Qualifying Purchase.
Proof of purchase will be recorded through each entrant’s individual Reece account therefore entrants are not required to retain receipts.
The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry, including having the requisite photograph capability.
Maximum Number of Entries Participants will receive 1 entry for every Qualifying Purchase of $150 or more spent in aggregate on Philmac branded products purchased during the Promotion Period at participating Reece stores. Only 1 entry per Qualifying Purchase.
Entrants may enter as many times as they like for subsequent Qualifying Purchases, provided each entry is linked to a separate Qualifying Purchase and is completed and submitted during the Promotion Period.
Each entry will be submitted separately on behalf of the participant by the individual Reece stores in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

Finalist Draw:
Date & Time: 10am on 19/1/2024 ACDT.
Location: the Promoter’s head office located at 47-59 Deeds Road, North Plympton, South Australia 5037.
Finalist Draw Method: random electronic draw.

Major Prize Draw:
Date & Time: 6pm on 12/4/2024 ACDT.
Location: Weber Grill Academy located at 142 Fullarton Rd, Rose Park SA 5067
Major Prize Draw Method: Manual random barrel draw with the prizes drawn by the Promoter.
First finalist drawn will win a Weber BBQ Voucher (valued at RRP $10,000 including GST).
Second and Third finalists drawn will each win a Weber BBQ Voucher (valued at RRP $2,000 each including GST).
Fourth to Eighth finalists drawn will each win a Weber Family Q LP BBQ valued at up to RRP $939 each including GST).
Prize Details THE WINNER MUST TAKE THE MAJOR PRIZE DRAW TRIP ON THE DATES SPECIFIED, 12TH APRIL 2024 TO 13TH APRIL 2024, AS MANUAL PRIZE DRAW AND PHILMAC FACTORY TOUR ARE BOOKED FOR THESE DATES.

Return economy flights for one adult to Adelaide, South Australia, departing from the nearest state capital city airport to the winner’s location which services flights to Adelaide , all meals, participation in the evening Weber Grill Academy cooking lesson and 1 nights accommodation at 4 star hotel in Adelaide (valued at up to $1,300 including GST, depending on the winner’s place of residence) per person; (Total $10,400)
Major Prizes. The major prizes comprise:
First prize – Weber BBQ Voucher (valued at RRP $10,000 including GST).
Second & Third prizes – Weber BBQ Voucher (valued at RRP $2,000 each including GST). (Total $4,000)
Fourth to Eighth prizes – Weber Family Q LP BBQ (valued at up to RRP $939 each including GST). (Total $4,695)
The total value of all prizes is up to $29,095 RRP, including GST), depending on the prize winner’s place of residence.

Prize Restrictions Travel dates: Must be taken on specified dates.
The eight (
finalists must confirm their availability to attend the Major Prize Draw by the time stipulated by the promoter. If a finalist is unable to attend, they will forfeit the finalist prize and a new finalist will be drawn via the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements.
The event organisers and prize suppliers may (in their absolute discretion) change or amend the event schedule or timetable without notice. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the cancellation, rescheduling, change or delay of any aspect of the event by the event organisers or prize suppliers.
All components of the prize must be taken together, or the prize will be forfeited. The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred to another person. No portion of the prize is refundable or redeemable for cash.
Travel: All travel is subject to availability at all times and may be dependent on the availability of select seat classes (in the case of flights) or specific room categories (in the case of accommodation partners). Blackout periods may apply if the winner wishes to extend or vary their travel dates. Relevant blackout periods will be notified to the winner at the time of booking. The winner and the travelling companion must travel together.
Booking deadline: All bookings must be made a minimum of 25 days prior to departure date. All bookings and documentation regarding the prize must be made to the Promoter’s nominated booking agent.
Redeeming the prize is conditional on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by the booking agent (which will be provided to the winner at the time of awarding the prize), tour providers, accommodation providers, and airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices.
Ancillary costs: All other costs associated with taking the prize (including additional meals, beverages, laundry services, additional spending money, transport to and from departure point, insurance, travel insurance, visas and all other ancillary costs not expressly included in the prize description, as well as the costs of obtaining any of these) are the responsibility of the finalists.
Total Prize Pool Up to $29,095 (RRP including GST), depending on the finalists’ places of residence.
Notification, Verification and Delivery The winners of the Finalist Draw will be notified by phone and in writing within 2 business days of the draw.
If requested by the Promoter, the provisional winner may be required to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency to verify their identity (Proof of Identity). Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.
If the provisional winner fails to provide Proof of Identity in the form and by the time and date stipulated by the Promoter, their entry/prize claim will be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.
If a winner of a prize complies with these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter verifies and accepts the entry in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will deliver the relevant prize (to the address provided by the entrant at the time of entry or via the notification and verification process) within 28 days of the winning entry being verified.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for an incorrect address being provided when entering the promotion or during the notification and verification process, and (once dispatched), the Promoter is not liable for any prize that has been lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way.
The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners’ Publication Details The finalist prize winners’ names and state/territory of residence will be published on the Promoter’s website (
www.philmac.com.au) (Website) on 29/01/2024 and the major prize winners’ names will be published on 26/4/2024.
Finalist Prize Claim Date The finalist prize must be claimed by 5pm ACDT on 09/02/2024.
Finalist Unclaimed Prize Arrangements If a finalist prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date, the Promoter will conduct an unclaimed prize draw (at the same location as the original prize draw) at 10am on 13/02/2024 (ACDT) (Unclaimed Prize Draw).
The winner of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified in writing within 2 business days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw and their name will be published in on the promoters Website on 23/02/2024.
