Competition Period
The Competition commences at 9:00am local time on 20th November 2023 and closes at midnight local time on 4th February, 2024. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Eligible Entrants
The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 14 years or over except employees of Baskin-Robbins and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
Entry Mechanic
To enter, entrants must during the competition period perform these actions:
Open the “Kaleido-scoop” game via the QR Code in Baskin-Robbins stores on select Baskin-Robbins. packaging or by visiting brsweetharmony.com.au
Follow the prompts to create their own Kaleido-scoop.
Correctly match the correct Troll with the correct Baskin-Robbins flavour and correct topping.
Submit their name and email address and in 25 words or less answer why they deserve to win a trip to Singapore.
Entry Fee
There is no entry fee to enter this competition.

One entry per prize permitted.
Judging
All eligible entries received by the Promoter during the Competition Period will be judged by a panel of appropriately qualified judges by 9th February, 2024 at the Promoter’s premises to determine winners in the Competition. All eligible entries will be judged on a basis of originality and creative merit.

Major Prize Terms & Conditions
Prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable. Travel must be completed by 12 December 2024.
Prize not available during Singapore or Australian Public or National holiday periods. Not valid 20 March 2024 – 10 April 2024. Not valid 12 December 2023 – 30 January 2024.
Travel dates must be confirmed within 45 days of notification.
One winner must be over 18 years of age.
All elements are subject to availability at time of booking.
Winner to provide banking details for EFT.
Accommodation is based on 4 people sharing 1 room.
A valid credit card must be presented at hotel check in for incidentals. Tickets are non-transferable (i.e. no name changes allowed). Once tickets are issued, they are non-endorsable and non-transferable. Any alterations to confirmed flights and/or accommodation details will be at the expense of the winner.
All components of the Prize must be fulfilled at the same time and they cannot be split across different time periods. Any changes by the winner made to the specified prize package (including travel extensions, additional guests, etc) will be subject to an administration fee of $250 excluding GST, which must be settled in full prior to booking confirmation.

Once the Prize has been arranged, any changes to the travel, flights, accommodation or scheduling arrangements are at the expense of the Winner and their travelling companions.
Flights are economy class and may be indirect. The airline’s Conditions of Carriage apply to all flights. The Winner and travelling companions must travel at the same time and are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest Capital City Airport in Australia.
The winner and their travelling companions will be responsible for making their way to and from their departing Australian airport. Airline, flight route and dates of travel are subject to the promoter’s absolute and final decision.
Winners and guest travel at their own risk and, if for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic, or any other kind of disaster, tampering or computer virus, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
Winner must obtain their own travel insurance and proof of insurance be provided before tickets are issued.
Winners must follow any Covid-19 conditions and restrictions which may apply, but not limited to, travel, hotel and events.

This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon individual creative merit. All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third party rights. The major prize winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
