Instructions, prizes and information on how to enter the form are part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promotion is open to Australian residents only over the age of 18 years old.
3. The promotion is run by The Shutters Department Pty Ltd A.B.N 52 507 731 824, 34 Garden Street South Yarra
4. The competition period begins at 9:00AM AEST on wednesday 13/12/2023 and concludes at 11.59pm AEST on Sunday 31/12/2023 (Competition Period).
5. To enter the promotion, entrants must fill out their details including full name, phone number and email as well as their DIY Xmas project to enter the draw. Uploading an image is optional.
6. The Shutters Dept reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
7. Multiple entries with the same person will not be accepted.
8. The winner as judged by The Shutters Dept team will win the prize.
9. The prize is $500 worth of shutters or curtains. If you have already purchased shutters or curtains in the last 30 days, the amount will be refunded.
10. If you purchase during a sale period, you are eligible to enter in this competiton and if you win the prize amount $500 will be refunded to you.
10. The prize winner will be contacted on the 15th of January 2023.
11. The winners will be notified by email if they have won the competition.
12. If for any reason a winner does not claim their prize within 3 days of the winner being announced, then the prize will be forfeited.
13. By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to be opted into The Shutters Dept & The Curtains Dept email communication.
14. By clicking the submit button on the entry form entrants agree to the Privacy Policy.
15. The Shutters Dept reserves the right to use entries/footage on digital platforms.
