a. This Ella Baché X ELCE giveaway competition is promoted by Ella Baché and ELCE ONLY.
b. By entering this competition, all entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and
our privacy policy. Any breach of these terms or our privacy policy may result in
disqualification from the competition.
c. The competition:
i. Begins 6pm AEDT on 23rd of December 2023; and
ii. Ends at 6pm AEDT on 2nd of January 2023.

Eligibility
a. The competition is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years old or over at the time of
entry.
b. Our employees and contractors (and their immediate families), and external agencies are
ineligible to enter the competition.
How To Enter
This competition is a game of chance, skill plays no part.
a. To enter the competition, you must, during the promotion period:
i. Have an Instagram account to enter the competition.
ii. Follow @ellabacheaus and @elceswim on Instagram.
iii. Follow the link in @ellabacheaus Instagram bio and complete the form. Enter your
name, email address, Instagram handle and tick to agree to enter this competition.
b. Entrants must continue to follow @ellabacheaus and @elceswim for the full duration of the
promotion period.
c. Entrants who follow @ellabacheaus and @elceswim and immediately unfollow, will be
disqualified.
d. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with
Instagram.
e. You may only enter the competition once.
f. We will not accept entries submitted after the end of the promotion period.
g. We may, at any time:
i. verify the validity of entries and entrants (including your identity, age, and place of
residence); and
ii. disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms or who
otherwise tampers or interferes with the entry process.
iii. Incomplete, illegible, or late entries will be invalid at our discretion.
h. We are not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, or late entries.
i. If there is a dispute as to your identity or details, we reserve the right to determine your
identity or details and our determination is final.
Draw
There will be 2 winners announced.
a. The winners will be randomly drawn.
b. We will conduct the draw:
i. At our office at 2 Lambs Road, Artarmon, Sydney, 2064, Australia; and
ii. At 6pm AEDT 2nd of January 2023.
c. We may draw additional valid reserve entries and record them in case
i. An invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn; and
ii. We elect to draw on the reserve entries.
Outcome
The winners will be notified at 6:15pm AEDT 2nd of January 2023 by:
a. Direct message on Instagram; and
b. Announcement posted on competition post.
c. It is your responsibility to notify us in writing if your details change.
d. The names, entries and Instagram handles of the winner may be published on our website
and social media pages, and in any other promotional material that we consider relevant. By
entering the competition, you consent to us publishing your details, including your social
media handle.
e. Our draw is final.
