CROWN CURRENCY EXCHANGE – YOUR CHANCE TO WIN $10,000 CASH
1. The Promoter is: Kings Currency Exchange Pty Ltd, trading as Crown Currency Exchange, (ABN: 62010014392) of registered office: 5/7 Murray Street Hobart TAS 7000. The abovementioned company will be hereafter referred to as the ‘Promoter.’
2. Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition, shall not be permitted to enter.
3. The competition starts at 9am (AEDT) Friday, 24th of November 2023 and is open to residents of Australia only (excluding the Northern Territory), aged 18 years or older.
4. Closing date for entry will be 5pm (AEDT) Wednesday, 31st of January 2024. After this date and time, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
5. No responsibility will be taken for entries not received by the closing date.
6. The rules of the competition and the prize for the winner are as follows:
· Each currency exchange transaction, that is fully paid for and completed in store, will receive a Tax Invoice receipt number that can be used to enter the draw.
· Entry to the competition is optional and the responsibility of the entrant to enter, should they choose to do so.
· The entrant must supply the correct and required information when entering the competition via our website. One Tax Invoice receipt number per entry.
· The winner will be determined by a random computer-generated draw to be held at 5/7 Murray Street Hobart TAS on Monday, 5th of February 2024, at 1pm (AEDT).
· The winner will be notified by phone, email or letter, within 7 days of the draw.
· If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
· The replacement winner will be determined by a random computer-generated draw to be held at 5/7 Murray Street Hobart TAS on Wednesday, 21st of February 2024, at 1pm (AEDT). In this instance, the replacement winner will be known as the “winner”.
· The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected within 7 days of the draw or subsequent draw.
· The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity.
· Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrant, will be used in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation. Personal information of entrants may be provided to third parties involved with this promotion including prize suppliers, and regulatory authorities. If an entrant fails to consent to and provide their personal information in this regard, they will be unable to participate in the promotion and will no longer be considered an entrant.
· The winner’s name, surname and postcode will be published on our website within 30 days of the draw.
· There is one National winning prize of AUD $10,000 in cash.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible, subject to regulatory approval.
8. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
9. No alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
10. The Promoter’s decision in respect to all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
12. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
