“Competition Period” means the period from Thursday 4 January, 2023 – Sunday 14 January, 2023 (AEST).
“Eligible Entry” means an entry which complies with the requirements.
“Eligible Person” means an individual who:
(a) is over 18 years of age;
(b) is an Educator who is able to provide their workplace name;
(c) is not a Non Eligible Person; and
(d) submits an Eligible Entry.
“Non-Eligible Person” means the following:
(a) the employees, suppliers and contractors of FRANKIE4 footwear
(b) any spouse, child, de facto or any other person living at the same premises as any of the persons mentioned in paragraph (a).
“Participant” means any person who participates in the Competition.
“Prize” is the Ultimate Prize Pack, with inclusions as listed below:
- $1000AUD FRANKIE4 Voucher
- $500AUD Studio Pilates Voucher
- $500AUD LSKD Voucher
- $500AUD The Somewhere Co Voucher
“We”, “Our” and “FRANKIE4” means Frankie4 Holdings Pty Ltd, FrankieB Pty Ltd, Frankie4 Footwear NZ Ltd, Frankie4 Footwear US Limited collectively trading as Frankie4, Brisbane QLD 4068, Australia.
Participation in the Competition:
By participating in the Competition, the Participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
All Competition entries are the property of the Promoter.
To participate in the Competition, the Participant must be an Eligible Person who submits an Eligible Entry during the Competition Period.
There is a limit of one (1) entry and nine (9) bonus referral entries (maximum 10 entries total) per Participant during the Promotion Period.
To enter the Competition, the Eligible Person must during the Competition Period:
(a) visit FRANKIE4’s website to enter; and
(b) complete all details on the online entry form including Name, Email, Phone number and all other questions provided, during the Competition period (“Eligible Entry”); and
(c) accept the Terms & Conditions before submitting the online entry form.
Upon Eligible Entry, the Participant will have the opportunity to share their unique referral link to the Competition sign up page with other educators - colleagues, friends, family. If an Eligible Person completes an Eligible Entry through the unique referral link, this will reward the referrer with a bonus entry. Nine (9) bonus entries available per Participant, to a maximum of ten (10) total entries per Participant.
The Competition:
The Competition will be conducted by FRANKIE4 footwear during the Competition Period. The Competition will end on the expiration of the Competition Period.
Eligibility:
The Competition is only open to Eligible Persons.
We reserve the right, at any time, to verify the eligibility of any Participant (including a Participant’s identity, age, and workplace) and to disqualify any Participant who does not comply strictly with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
The Prize:
There will be one (1) Prize of the Ultimate Prize Pack and one (1) winner of the Prize (Prize Winner).
The Prizes are not refundable and cannot be taken as cash.
Exchanges for shoes purchased through FRANKIE4 with the $1000AUD FRANKIE4 Voucher available, as long as shoes adhere to Our Return Policy and arrangement is made over email.
Purchases made with any of the vouchers included in the Prize are subject to the respective brands Terms & Conditions and Return Policy.
Prizes can be distributed to friends and family at the winner's discretion. This arrangement must be made via email with FRANKIE4.
Each Eligible Entry by an Eligible Person will be entered into the Competition.
The one (1) Eligible Entry drawn by FRANKIE4 at Monday 15 January, 2023 will win the Prize.
We will use reasonable efforts to notify the Prize winners via entry details (i.e. phone, email, address) to arrange collection of the Prize.
A Participant claiming to be a Prize Winner may be required to provide proof of identity (including workplace) and proof of Eligible Entry.
If despite reasonable efforts we are unable to locate or contact the Prize winner to claim the Prize by Sunday 21 January, 2024 (AEST), this Prize winner forfeits their Prize and a new Prize winner will be drawn. If despite reasonable efforts we are unable to locate or contact the new Prize winner to claim the Prize by Sunday 28 January, 2024 (AEST), the Prize will be forfeited. No new Prize winners will be drawn.
The results (Winner) of the Competition may be published on any of the Instagram and/or Facebook accounts of FRANKIE4, Studio Pilates, LSKD, The Somewhere Co, via stories and/or posts. By participating in the Competition, the Participant gives their consent for their personal details (name) to be published in the manner prescribed in this clause if they are the recipient of a Prize.
Privacy:
Under the Privacy Act 1998 (Cth), We must notify Participants of certain matters when We collect personal information about them including how We plan to use or disclose it. If a Participant chooses to enter or take part in the Competition, the Participant will be required to provide Us with personal information about themselves such as the Participant’s name, email address, phone number, birthday, workplace.
We will collect, use and disclose personal information which the Participant has provided for the purpose of carrying out the Competition (including in general for notification and promotion of Prizes) and for the purpose of adding the Participant’s details to Our Database. We may also use it in promotional material associated with the promotion, and to keep you informed about Our special offers, products and services.
By entering the Competition, the Participant consents to receiving electronic marketing messages from FRANKIE4 at the number and email provided by the Participant in the entry form, including messages sent by autodialer.
