Major prize
There is 1 major prize.
The major prize is a trip for the winner and 1 adult companion to the winner's choice of
either Paris, London or New York in 2024 (on dates specified by the Promoter) valued at
up to $17,600 depending on the winner's selected destination and point of departure.

Each instant win prize is either a $50 BWS or Dan Murphy's Store e-Gift Card
(corresponding to the Outlet where you made the Qualifying Purchase associated with
your winning entry). However, if your Qualifying Purchase was made at Jimmy Brings,
your instant win prize will be a $50 Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard®.

The Promoter must follow the NSW regulations that state only a maximum of 20L of
alcohol can be awarded in an entire promotion, and in NT alcohol cannot be a principal
prize. To ensure the NSW and NT laws are followed, any winners residing in NSW and
NT (as per their entry form) will instead be offered an alternative prize being a $50 digital
Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid digital Mastercard®
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid
Mastercard® are not included. The Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard® must be
activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. At expiry of
the Vault Pays-enabled Mastercard® any unused balance will be forfeited and you will not
be given notice prior to expiry. Card expiry and balance can be found on your mobile

Upon verification, the prize will be sent to the winners by SMS (to the mobile phone
number specified on the winner's entry form). Winners then need to activate the card
using the Vault app – activation code will be provided in SMS. Once activated, the card
can be added to the winner's phone’s digital wallet (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay or
Samsung Pay) and can be used for purchasing goods and services where the card is
accepted for electronic transactions (excluding transactions at ATMs or over the counter
at financial institutions). The card cannot be used as a credit card and cannot be linked
to any deposit account.
Travel prize If you win the major prize, the prize is a trip for you and 1 adult companion to the your
choice of either Paris, London or New York valued at up to $17,600, depending on the
your selected destination and point of departure, and includes the following:
Paris (valued at up to $17,550)
• return economy airfares (including airfare/airport taxes) from your nearest
Australian capital city to Paris, France (valued at up to $7,600) and return
transfers between Paris airport and your accommodation (valued at up to $650);
• 7 nights' (twin share or similar) accommodation in a minimum 4 star hotel (as
determined by the Promoter), including breakfast valued at $900 per night (total
$6,300);

You must:
• be able to take the major prize in 2024, between 01/06/2024 and 31/08/2024
(inclusive) ; and
• hold a current and valid passport with a minimum of 6 months' validity at date of

The travel agent booking and management fee service includes liaising with the winner
and making/managing all bookings for the trip.
The prize inclusions are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions,
however prize inclusions are subject to change based on 2024 packages and availability
for these packages as provided by the prize supplier.
The prize values are AUD amount and are correct as at the date of preparing these
Terms and Conditions however as the travel prize is to be taken in 2024, the values may
be subject to change.
Travel dates are set as per prize package details or as advised by the Promoter. All travel
is subject to availability at all times and may be dependent on select seat class with
airlines or specific room category availability with an accommodation partner. All bookings
and documentation regarding the prize must be made via Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd
or their agents. Redeeming the prize is conditional on acceptance of the terms and
conditions of travel as detailed by Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd and the airline carriers
in accordance with normal travel practices. Except for spending money, no portion of the
prize is redeemable for cash. The prize is non refundable or transferable. Winner and
companion must be in possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity
on it prior to departure. Winner is responsible for any amendments fees issued by airlines
or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed. Winner is responsible for any
additional taxes and/or resort fees associated with the chosen accommodation, unless
otherwise stated. Visas, valid passports, additional spending money, meals (other than
those included) and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and
any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the travel prize package descriptions
above are the responsibility of the travel prize winner and his/her nominated traveling
companions as incurred. It is the winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the
airport departure/return point. Prize winner and travel companions must have valid travel
insurance for their period of travel.
