TABASCO® Competition- Give Your Favourite Meal a Makeover With TABASCO® Sauce
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any additional requirements set forth on the competition website.
Eligibility:
2. The "Give Your Favourite Meal a Makeover With TABASCO® Sauce" Online Competition ("Competition") is open to all residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Affiliates and agents, of the Promoter, Ambience Entertainment Pty Ltd and TABASCO® and any of their employees, directors or officers or any of their family members or persons living in the same household as any of the foregoing, are not eligible to participate.
3. Automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organisations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the entrant. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified.
How to Enter:

The Promotion commences on Saturday, 13th January 2024 and ends at 12:00pm AEDT Saturday, 27th January 2024 (“Promotional Period”). Any entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
5. To enter online go to www.thegardenhustle.com.au/win and follow the prompts on the competition entry page:
a. At the competition entry page, complete the entry form (including your full name and email address)
b. Upload your TABASCO® recipe and one high quality image of your meal including the TABASCO® product used. Note shortlisted entries may be contacted to provide additional images
c. Answer in 250-words or less, the competition question: “Why this is your favourite meal and why adding TABASCO® Sauce makes it tastier.”
6. A minimum of one TABASCO® product must be used in the recipe.
7. Only one entry per person will be permitted.8. Any costs associated with entering the Promotion, including data costs, are the entrant’s responsibility.
9. You must not engage in any illegal or unsafe behaviour whilst participating in the Promotion (including while taking the entry photograph). To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its partners, including TABASCO® and the Nine Network exclude any legal liability or responsibility for incidents or activities, whether legal or otherwise, engaged in by you or any other person during participation in the Promotion (including while taking the entry photograph).
10. You warrant to the Promoter that your entry is an original work that does not infringe the rights of any person. You warrant that you own or have all necessary licences, rights, consents and permissions to use and authorize the Promoter to use all trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to your entry to enable inclusion and use of your entry in the manner contemplated by these terms and conditions. If any part of the information provided by you in relation to your entry was provided by a third party, you warrant that you have obtained the relevant copyright permission to submit the entry for the purposes of the Promotion.
Prize:
11. The winner will be awarded the following prize valued at $3300:
a. 2 Nights’ Accommodation for 2 guests at the Sofitel Hotel Darling Harbour (12 Darling Drive, Sydney NSW 2000) including breakfast, valued at $1300
b. Dinner at award winning restaurant Bar Copians Surry Hills (67 Albion Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010) valued at $500
c. Return Economy Flights to Sydney for 2 guests valued at $700 (if winner lives outside of Sydney)
d. Return Transfers to the hotel valued at $200
e. A $100 Uber voucher
12. The winner must take the prize as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer.
13. If, for any reason, the winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
14. The trip must be booked and redeemed in 2024 and the winner must notify the agency to make the booking a minimum of 4 weeks in advance.
15. If a prize, or part of a prize, is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an alternative prize to substantially the same recommended retail value and/or specification, subject to any written direction from the various regulatory authorities.
16. The prize will be delivered to the nominated address of the winner, provided that address is in Australia. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any delay or failure in delivery of the prize by a third party or for any damage caused to the prize during delivery.
17. In accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that they may incur ongoing costs associated with the prize that are the responsibility of the winner
18. The prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
Winner Selection:
19. The Promotion is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on its literary, artistic and creative merit. The judges’ decision will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
20. The judging will be conducted by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. The judging will take place at Garden Hustle Pty Limited, 55 Chandos Street, St Leonards, NSW 2065 and will begin on Monday, 29th January 2024.
21. The winner will be notified using the contact details provided on the entry on Tuesday, 30th January 2024. The winners name will be published during The Garden Hustle episode, across The Garden Hustle website and on The Garden Hustle social media channels on Saturday, 3rd February 2024. The winning recipe will also be featured on the TABASCO® Instagram page.
22. You grant to the Promoter an irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual licence to use your entry in any manner and for any purpose at its absolute discretion, including using your entry in connection with promotional, marketing or publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to you. The Promoter may amend, edit, select, crop, retouch, add to or delete from any part of your entry.
General:
23. The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including but not limited to natural disaster) the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
25. The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) to conduct the Promotion and to announce the winners of the Promotion, and may disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to regulatory authorities. Entry in the Promotion is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its privacy policy, which is available at
www.thegardenhustle.com.au/privacy-policy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s privacy policy, the Promoter may also, for an indefinite period, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning you. You should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct PI to the Promoter and direct any complaints regarding treatment of your PI as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
