Celebrate the Lunar New Year (Year of the Dragon) at Lidcombe Shopping Centre!

Experience the festive atmosphere with beautiful Lantern displays throughout the Centre, starting from Saturday, 3 February until Saturday, 24 February
Immerse yourself in the lively Dragon Dance tradition as it weaves through the Centre, featuring the entertaining ritual of stores presenting lettuce on Saturday, 10 February at 1:30 pm, The festivities will commence at iPlay on the Rooftop, weave through Level 1 and the Ground Floor, and conclude back at Level 1.

This competition has no connection to Meta whatsoever and is not sponsored, supported or controlled by Meta in any way. All questions, comments or complaints are to be referred to Lidcombe Shopping Centre and not Meta. Participants can enter the competition by visiting the Lidcombe Shopping Centre Facebook page or Instagram account and respond to the Status Update titled ‘Celebrate & Win this Lunar New Year’ and for the chance to win. Updates will be posted at 6pm on 31 January 2024 and 7 February 2024.
Entry is only open to residents of NSW, Australia. Employees of the promoter, the management company, retailers and their staff are ineligible to enter.
Participants entries will be counted once only on each channel for each minor competition.
Winners are not eligible to win future prizes within this promotional period.
Any offensive comments will be deleted and therefore excluded from the final draw
The Competition will run from 6pm Wednesday 31 January 2024 until 12pm Wednesday 14 February 2024.
Three prizes will be given away in total, as outlined in item 10.

Winners will be selected at random after 12pm on each of the following dates:
Wednesday 7 February 2024 – 1 x $150 Lidcombe Shopping Centre Gift Card
Wednesday 7 February 2024 – 1 x Lunar New Year Hamper from Fresh Asiana valued at $100
Wednesday 14 February 2024 – 1 x $150 Lidcombe Shopping Centre Gift Card
The Winner(s) will be notified on the Lidcombe Shopping Centre Facebook page or Instagram account through a comment on the corresponding status update after the prize draw or a private message to their Facebook or Instagram account. This message will come from the official Lidcombe Shopping Centre Page, please be sure to check the account before you respond.
In the event that the prize winner does not contact Lidcombe Shopping Centre within 14 days to claim their prize we will assume that the prize is unclaimed, new winner(s) will be selected at random after 12pm Wednesday 28 February 2024.
In the event that the prize winner does not collect their prize within 30 days after responding to confirm they will claim their prize, new winner(s) will be selected at random after 12pm Friday 15 March 2024.
The Winner(s) will be published on the Lidcombe Shopping Centre Facebook Page & Instagram accounts after the draw.
Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner(s) must respond to a prize collection message and collect their prize in person at Lidcombe Shopping Centre.
If any winner(s) is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
The winner(s) understands that they must participate in any promotional work as a result of winning the prize and may include photos on the Lidcombe Shopping Centre Facebook Page, Instagram Account and in the local newspapers.
The promoter shall not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Prizes will not be paid out in cash. Prizes are not transferable to others.
