Terms and Conditions
Any customers within Australian will receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw to win a Yamaha bike (Offer) when their place an order valued at $500AUD or greater (including GST) on the myKomatsu Portal at
https://my.komatsu.com.au (myKomatsu Portal) (Eligible Order). All Eligible Orders placed before 31 March 2024 will also receive free standard shipping.
Offer applies to Eligible Orders made between 12:00am 24 Jan 2024 (AEDT) until 11:59pm 31 March 2024 (AEDT) (Offer Period).
The prize is a Yamaha WR250F motorbike valued at approximately $15,899AUD RRP. The prize will include the Yamaha WR250F motorbike, on road registration fees, delivery to a nominated address in Australia and a helmet (Prize).
To the extent permitted by law in Australia (as applicable), Komatsu reserves the right to vary or cancel this Offer at any time, without notice. This Offer subject to availability. In the event that any part of the Offer becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Komatsu’s reasonable control, Komatsu reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original products or no products at all, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation. Komatsu reserves the right to vary or cancel this Offer at any time in its absolute discretion, at any time without notice.
One (1) entry per Eligible Order, any additional Eligible Orders made during the Offer Period will be eligible to enter the draw to win the major prize. This is no limitations to the number of times a customer can enter the draw.
There is one (1) prize to be won. The winner will be selected using a random name generator at Komatsu Fairfield Head Office on 2pm AEDT 3 April 2024 at 2pm AEDT. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize (Winner). The Winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw. Komatsu will contact the Winner, via contact details on myKomatsu Portal, to arrange for the prize to be delivered to the Winner’s nominated address.
The Winner is solely responsible for reviewing and confirming their eligibility, including in accordance with their employer’s policies and procedures, to accept the Prize.
In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on 24 April 2024 at 2pm AEST at Komatsu Fairfield Head Office. The winners of the redraw will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw.
In accepting the prize, the prize winner agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements made by or on the behalf of Komatsu. The prize winner further acknowledges and agrees that Komatsu has the right to publicise their name, the State or Territory, and Country in which the winner ordinarily resides, photograph, likeness and/or voice in any language and in any media (whether now known or later devised) throughout the world in perpetuity without restriction in respect of this Promotion and any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Komatsu, without any payment being made to them.
This Offer cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion (including, but not limited to B2B sales, branch sales and punchout sales) and is only available for customers purchasing on myKomatsu portal in Australia.
Individuals are not eligible for the Offer if they are a director, manager or employee of Komatsu, or an agency of Komatsu directly associated with the Offer, or if they are an immediate family member of such director, manager or employee.
