Details of Participation
▪ Promotion commences at 12:00am AEDT on Monday 22 January 2024 and closes at 11:59pm
AEDT on Friday 12 April 2024.
▪ Information on how to enter forms part of these Details of Participation and entry is deemed as
acceptance of them.
▪ Entries not received with these times and dates, or not completed in accordance with the
Details of Participation, will not be eligible.
▪ No purchase is necessary to enter the contest or redeem prizes.
Prize
▪ There are two (2) prizes available; 2x $300 VISA e-Gift Cards.
▪ If any prize is unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for the
prize, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value, subject to the approval of the relevant
Government department.
▪ All prize values are correct at the time of printing.
▪ Prizes are not redeemable for cash unless otherwise indicated.
Who can enter
▪ The contest is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or more whose child is registered to
participate in Jump Rope for Heart during 2024 and who raise funds through their online
donation platform account.
▪ Employees and volunteers of the promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible
to enter.
▪ Offline donations that are processed by teachers as a result of cash donations are not counted
for entry.
▪ Offline donations that are processed by a parent via a child’s online donation platform account
are eligible.
How to enter

▪ The parent or guardian of registered participants in Jump Rope for Heart will automatically
receive one (1) entry for every $40 raised through their child’s donation platform between
12:00am AEDT on Friday 22 January 2024 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Friday 12 April 2024.
For example, raise $80 in donations within the promotional period to get two entries in the
contest. Raise $120 and earn three entries, and so on.
Bonus entries
▪ Between 12:00am AEDT on Wednesday 20 March 2024 and 11:59pm AEDT on Friday 22 March
2024, a bonus period will take place where parents or guardians of registered participants will
receive two (2) entries for every $40 raised. For example, raise $80 in donations within the
promotional period to get four entries. Raise $120 and earn six entries, and so on.
Prize Draw/s
▪ The odds of winning are based on the actual number of entries received.
▪ Neither the promoter nor any of their agencies are responsible for lost, late, damaged,
misdirected, incomplete or ineligible entries.
▪ The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
▪ All prizes are guaranteed to be given away by random drawing from all methods of entry of this
contest.
▪ The prize draw will take place at Level 3, 80 William Street, Sydney NSW 2011 at 12:00pm AEDT
on Wednesday 17 April 2024.
▪ If a prize is not claimed within three months of the draw date, a redraw will be conducted at
12:00pm AEST on Wednesday 17 July 2024.
Notification
▪ The winner will be notified by email and/or phone on Wednesday 17 April 2024, and the
winners' names will be published online at the following website:
www.jumprope.org.au/competitions.
▪ In the instance of a redraw, the winner will be notified on Wednesday 17 July 2024 and
published online at the following website:
www.jumprope.org.au/competitions.

you and /or to keep you informed about Heart Foundation related activities. We respect your

required by law or for the purpose of facilitating services contracted by us, in so doing your

▪ Communications from us may include mail, email, social media, SMS or telephone contact and
may also include messages on behalf of event sponsors and other third parties. By providing
your information to us you agree that you have provided your indefinite consent to this contact.
You may withdraw consent at any time though in doing so we may not be able to provide you
with services requested.
▪ The Heart Foundation will not disclose your information to any third party for their marketing
