This competition is open to all Surfboard Empire and Mick Fanning Softboard (MF Softboard) customers who have entered the relevant and necessary details requested on the entry form.
This competition is open to Australian customers only.
Employees of Surfboard Empire and MF Softboards, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or other parties, in any way involved in the development, production, or distribution of this competition, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee and/or authors, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
This competition will commence at 09:00 AEST 23rd February 2024 and all entries must be
received by 21:00 AEST on 23rd March, 2024. Surfboard Empire and MF Softboards accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason.

Entrants must also agree that they have read the terms and conditions and also agree to join the 3rd Rail Distribution (including Surfboard Empire, Pyzel Surfboards Australia, Lost Surfboards Australia, Florence, Rusty Surfboards, Mark Richards Surfboards, YOW Surfskates, VEIA) and MF Softboards database.
This is a game of chance with a random draw, and no skill is required to enter.
There is one winner only.
The prize for the Major Prize winner is valued at AUD $685AUD.
The total prize pool is valued at $685AUD. This includes one (1) MF Softboard Beastie, personally signed by Mick Fanning.
The competition will be drawn 24th February 2024 at the 3rd Rail Distribution Headquarters. 22/55 Ourimbah Road, Tweed Heads, NSW 2485 at 1:00pm.
The winner will be notified via email from an official Surfboard Empire email address (@surfboardempire.com.au) on the 24th March, 2024. The Major Prize Winner must claim their prizes within 30 days of the Promoter sending the email. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules via a draw held 24th April 2024 at 1:00pm at the above mentioned 3rd Rail Distribution office.
The winner will be announced on the Surfboard Empire Instagram (@surfboardempire) after the draw on 24thMarch 2024 at 1pm.
The Promoter’s decision is final.
The prize is non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
By entering the competition each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
