Condions of Entry
1. Parcipaon in this promoon is deemed acceptance of these terms and condions.
2. Parcipaon in this promoon is deemed acceptance of the Decjuba General Terms & Condions which may be viewed at hps://www.decjuba.com.au/pages/terms-and-condions.
3. The Promoter is Decjuba Pty Ltd ABN 22 611 918 873 located at 56-60 Gwynne Street, Cremorne VIC 3121 (Promoter).
4. This compeon is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand who are over the age of 18 years. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this promoon are ineligible to enter. Parcipants under the age of 18 must first seek permission from their parent or legal guardian to enter, and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions.
5. The compeon commences at 5PM (AEST) Tuesday 27th February 2024 and concludes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Sunday 24th of March 2024.
How to Enter
- To enter the draw to win AUD$2000 worth of DECJUBA Denim, complete all of the mandatory fields on the form or pop-up and become a DECJUBA Insider for your chance to win.
Winning Determinaon
The winning entry for the Prize will be drawn at random at the offices of Decjuba Pty Ltd ABN 22 611 918 873 located at 56-60 Gwynne Street, Cremorne 3121 on Tuesday 26th of March 2024 the announced winner will also be nofied at this me via email. This is a game of chance.
DECJUBA reserves the right to feature the name of the prize winner publicly.
The Promoter may draw addional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
The winner is required to respond to the Promoter’s email within (7) days or they may forfeit the prize.
If any prize remains unclaimed aer 7 days of the winning Submission being announced, the Promoter may deem that the grand prize winner is ineligible to receive the prize.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
In the event of the prize being unclaimed by Wednesday 3rd April 2024, further draw/s will take place to determine a replacement winner on Thursday 4th April 2024 at 11am AEST at 56-60 Gwynne Street, Cremorne VIC 3121. The draw will not take place publicly. The replacement winner will be nofied by email on the same day. The Winner must claim their prize by responding via email. The Promoter will publish the unclaimed draw results and the winning entrant’s name in the same medium as where the promoon was adversed, on or before Wednesday 10th April 2024.
Prize
● The winner will receive 1 x AUD$2000 DECJUBA Gi Card.
Other
Decjuba will add the name and email address of each entrant to its customer database for markeng and communicaons purposes. By entering this compeon, entrants agree to receive further communicaons from Decjuba. Customers can elect to disconnue communicaons from Decjuba at any me.
If a winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.
Entries are deemed to have been received by Decjuba when received by Decjuba's soware system, not when submied by the entrant's computer.
Decjuba is not responsible for any late, lost, stolen, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, incomplete or otherwise corrupted entries, nor is it responsible for any failure to receive entries due to a transmission error or technical failure of any kind. Any such entry will immediately be deemed disqualified by Decjuba.
Decjuba will not replace the prize if it is lost, stolen or if they cannot be properly idenfied because of damage.
As a condion of accepng prize, the winner agrees to sign any document that may be issued by Decjuba including, without limitaon, a release and indemnity form.
Prize winners will be required to provide idenficaon when claiming the prize and may be requested to provide proof that they are the authorised account holder of the email address supplied at the me of entering the compeon.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Decjuba will not be responsible for any loss, injury, cost, expense, harm or damage whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly as a result of this compeon, including without limitaon, where it arises from:
● the or fraud;
● the unauthorised access to or alteraon of entries;
● an error, interrupon, misdirecon, deleon, defect or delay in the transmission of informaon related to this compeon which is beyond the reasonable control of Decjuba;
● any third-party interference;
● any technical malfuncons or problems with computer equipment or soware;
● the redempon of gi vouchers; and
● parcipaon in this compeon generally.
If Decjuba deems that this compeon is not viable or able to be conducted as originally ancipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Decjuba, Decjuba may in its absolute discreon alter, suspend or cancel the compeon as deemed reasonably appropriate. In the unlikely event of this occurring, a noce will be posted on the Decjuba website (
www.decjuba.com.au).
Decjuba reserves the right to reject or disqualify an entrant if it believes the entrant has not complied with these Terms and Condions or if it believes that an entrant may undermine the legimate operaon of this compeon.
By entering into this compeon, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Condions and Decjuba's Privacy Policy.
